I am surprised no one wanted/tried to record and upload the concert, or at least the songs we haven't heard yet. It doesn't take a lot of tradecraft for someone to do that. Oh well.

Lock All The Doors (Oasis Demo) sounds something like Yuck or Pavement would do.

Anyone from the gig? C'mon, we only need to know if Lock all the Doors is actually Lock All the Doors (AKA My sister lover). We just need this, it's absurd that we don't know anything after 2 days.. Lyla27, sorry, can you tell us if the chorus from Lock All the Doors is this? (0:55). I don't think it's illegal or something If it's not this one I'll punch Noel in the face.

Lock All The Doors - Same chorus, different (new) verses. That's how i understood what Noel said about it.
And it's got nothing to do with Setting Sun apart from the fact that the verses melody from the 1992 demo is quite similar to Setting Sun and it's one of the reasons he changed it. Noel just mixed up the whole story a bit, but i'm pretty sure i'm right here.
Here is the truth about Lock All The Doors, in this very post, you'll find out when you'll hear it.

^ I understood that too, but now I'm reading people claiming it could be Comin' on strong
This is what noel said
Speaking about the song he took decades to complete, Noel said: "There's a song on this record that's taken me 23 years to finish, it's called 'Lock All The Doors'. I gave a bit of it away to the Chemical Brothers in the '90s when we did 'Setting Sun' and I always meant to finish it off. I kept the chorus but I could never find a way of getting the verse to tie in with this chorus. One afternoon I was coming out the Tesco Metro where I live in Maida Vale, and I don't know what it was but it just hit me, coming round the corner, just by Boots, it came to me in a flash of inspiration. This song was never released by Oasis, but the chorus is so fucking brilliant I never gave up on it."

It's called Lock All the Doors on the album, not Comin On Strong, I reckon that's pretty strongly suggests that it's Lock All The Doors and not Coming On Strong... Besides does Coming On Strong have a "fucking brilliant chorus"?

Anyway, we just need an official confirmation from someone who attended the gig. It's absurd that basically we don't know anything #StalkingTime this is the street where he got the idea link
Tesco on the left, Boots on the corner (left) going straight on Some might say it will be the new Abbey Road

How have I missed all of this???
'Riverman' sounds alright, (bad audio quality doesn't help) but I must say I'm a little disappointed. Seems to be in the vain of 'Ballad of The Mighty I'. Instrumentally it sounds pretty good, though I'm not a fan of Noel and sparse piano work. Guitar solos sound good and it will be interesting to hear the saxophones for sure. Hoping they will lift it somehow.
Weighing into the 'Lock All The Doors'/'Coming On Strong' debate, I must say I much prefer the 'Coming On Strong' chorus. Much catchier. I can always remember the 'Coming On Strong' chorus, however I'd have to Youtube 'Lock All The Doors' or at least look at a set of lyrics to remember it. Not that it's a bad chorus, it's a pretty good one in fact.

If anything the original version of Lock All the Doots was reincorporated into My Sister Lover. Exactly. It was obviously Noel's slip of tongue. He just confused these two tracks, which actually sound pretty similar. People, there will be no incarnation of "Setting Sun" on this album. I officially confirm it on the basis of logic and reason.

Heard Riverman acoustically on Boxing Day. I must say that the crappy recordings really do not do it justice; it's an incredibly special song structurally and melodically. He said BOTMI was one of the best he's ever written but Riverman is the best I've heard from the album, although I do have a strange fondness for The Mexican in a fun sort of way.
