On my 3rd listen and I like it. Need to listen several more times before I can tell if I like it better than DTD or ITHOTM. Kinda reminds me of WAL and EOTR. Also I think it has a James Bond vibe to it. I can totally hear the "I'll find you" in the opening credits of a Bond film.

not too impressed after the first listen. alone on the rope is still the best thing noel came up with after 2000. yea I cant disagree with that at all. Alone on the Rope is one of the best things Noel has ever done period. This is good though. Much better than the other two. Thank fuck for no nanananas Alone On The Rope seems to be one of the few Noel Gallagher songs I don't get. I personally don't think too much of it and it's far from one of his greatest songs in my opinion. It should have replaced 'SB&JF' on 'NGHFB1' but it's place as a b-side is justifiable in my opinion. 'ITHOTM', 'DTD' and 'BOTMI' smoke it like a cheap cigar.

Ok song. Might work better in the context of the album. Experimental chord changes for Noel - that's the best thing the song's got going for it.

Digital download of songs should be available immediately after the video/radio debut, IMHO. You listen to it and you are able to buy it right after, that's how it should work. At least it's only a day, not a month like for ITHOTM. They're slowly learning... |

If it does mean that Noel has not released another boring tune you can clap your hands to or sing along to whilst being totally wasted, I am really happy that the "song is going nowhere".
