But THERE IS a fucking solo But it seems a lot of people here want the vocals and backing to drop away while a searing solo takes centre stage for about 15 seconds. This is no doubt a lot to subtle for many.

Thanks It sounds like million miles away from his son It was never meant to be about his son I think. I think people just assumed that because (apparently) he called his son "mighty I" in his journal thingy

Just heard the full song. Pet Shop Boys and Electronic (hint) influence. I don't hate it, but I don't love it either.

Cool song. Not sure I need lyric sheets for it though...................... I downloaded it real fast this morning, gave it a quick listen before getting ready to leave for work. My first "real" full listen was in my car. Glad I didn't have to experience the 2 min 57 second version. Sounds criminal. Sounds pretty sweet driving around town, kinda has that "driving" feel to it. The one thing you can say about this go-around for Noel is that all the songs sound very fresh and 2015. Glad the 1965-1966 sounds are put away for once. I got enough of that between 2000 and 2011. In terms of chart success, who the hell knows. It's a young mans game anyways. # RedPantsForLifeWe should get that trending on twitter!.

ITHOTM wasn't great, this one is one of the biggest garbage of the rock history... after the problem with the illuminatti and the real people we can think that at least there is justice in this world. Its better to burn that to fed away... thanks for everything mister gallagher !

Just an average song for me. Terrible single choice, but could be a good album closer.

Are you OasisBlues or whatever he's called? [/quote] forget about the guy lets talk about the fact. I love rock and this is not. Just bad coldplay b-side. Maybe he is searching new fans but he gonna loose a lot . Stop talking about the structure or lyrics just talk about melody ! Poor melody and no refrain... big s***

Any idea of when it will be available? Feb 23rd on the vinyl, probably Feb 16th digitally if the Amazon.com dates are correct (and it looks like they are)

This song craps all over anything Beady Eye has produced. What did people want? Supersonic Part II? Wow.

I cannot for the life of me understand the criticisms of this song, I love it to bits. Musically, it's the most interesting Noel's been for a long long time, good bass, good drums, good guitars, good keyboards and all have good beat to it. And personally, that 'yes I'll find you" soars for me.
I was sick to death of sludgy dull rockers like the majority of Dig Out Your Soul, if you want that go and listen to rubbish like The Enemy, but this song is what I needed from Noel - something fresh, something invigorating - terms I haven't been able to say for a long time. God knows why he didn't do this kind of thing in Oasis.

God knows why he didn't do this kind of thing in Oasis. Probably because in Oasis he had Liam, who doesn't really approve anything 'different', and he probably felt he had to create a certain sound for the fans i guess

Well this feels veryf different from any earlier work from Noel (except maybe What A Life) so I guess its bound to divide fans...
I'm just freakin happy that I am among those who simply loved this tune. I think it feels fresh and knew with a very different beat and absolutely feel like singing along to the I'll found you bit. Im not sure if it works as an album closer, but I feel its a great single and a really new approach for Noel, which feels great.
But then again, I guess you can't make everyone happy. Maybe you guys you give it a second chance when hearing it live in a more rocker/arena version
