Verdena's new album is fooooking amazing. It's an italian band I wanted to post this but I thought that nobody would be interested  A pretty solid album, they're a great band and I was really looking forward to their new work. Puzzle and Sci Desertico from the album are fucking awesome  |

Noel - Chasing Yesterday (obviously...) Frank Turner's new album Kakkmaddafakka - they are recording, I'm hoping for a 2015 release but maybe it will be 2016 (everyone who doesn't know them should definitely check them out. Brilliant and damn catchy songs throughout their last two albums!) Gorillaz and The Good, The Bad & The Queen, basically anything that involves the name Damon Albarn The Libertines And finally..I'm still hoping for Richard Ashcroft to realease his apparently finished (?) new record. |

I hope Royal Blood are going to release a new album soon.
2015 seems unlikely but I think we'll definitely see an announcement this year.
I don't doubt they are going to capitalize on their newfound fame soon.

I'm not expecting anything until 2016 given the rate they seem to work at but they're doing a couple of festivals this summer so who knows. Agree with others on Peace, wasn't that convinced by their new album at first but listened to it a lot over the weekend and I really like it, probably just as good as the first album. Don't think much of most of the bonus tracks, but the normal album is solid. |

Sound and Color, out April 20 This sounds promising. Their debut was like a nice pair of jeans. Familiar, comfortable, and its aged well. I like this dark, smokey, and sexy vibes in there. Its a bit like AM arctic monkeys with black keys thrown in there. Still I'm getting very tired of the bluesy kitsch cartoon vibes that Danger Mouse popularized a decade ago. It is a little dangerous for rock n roll if more and more of these bands congregate to one sound. Been a really really good week for music thus far. UMO announced a new album, Florence and the Machine as well, Kendrick Lamar has a new song. 2015 is gonna be a great year. |

I'm really digging the Black Rivers album. It sounds like a natural progression fom Kingdom of Rust. It is a great album on first few listens. The Wind That Shakes The Barley is a tune and a half. I really liked Jimi Goodwin's album but it was more like a mixtape where as Black Rivers flows (No pun intended) smoothly. |

One of the albums I was most looking forward to this year was Peace's 'Happy People', got it when it came out the other day and it's a great record. Enough to tide me over until Chasing Yesterday I reckon
