As a Kanye fan I find this to be extremely rude towards Beck and not trying to bring race into the equation but if Beck said the same thing "need to respect artistry" he'd probably be deemed a racist by the media. Beck is more of an artist than 95% of the people in the audience last night. Dude is his OWN genre and plays a handful of instruments, not to mention that Morning Phase was beautifully produced.

Morning Phase isn't Beck best album but it was my favorite of the nominees and good for him for winning one. Lord know he should have won a couple times earlier.

Honestly the whole online media cult of Queen B is getting really annoying. I have no problems with her, she seems like a pretty nice/humble person but the media has more of a hard on for her than Jay does.
