Oh and if Spotify and labels keeps these profit rules we'll have rockstars working in McDonald's part time haha One has to wonder though, if in a few years it only takes 20,000 copies to get to number 1, then Noel could just spend £200,000 (which is peanuts to him) buy 20,000 copies himself and guarantee a number 1. Ok, it'd be a hollow and shallow victory but victory nonetheless. |
