Think the most potentially exciting thing was noel let slip about a separate project he's doing) he quickly back tracked as obv shouldn't have said something.
He said he's got 10 songs backing track recorded but only 2 lines of lyrics as he's he's struggling as he's not emotionally attached to the project , (and he thinks they are amazing as instrumentals)
The guy asked if was a sound track and he said no it will be an album..
Also the what a life lyric came from when noel was sleep walking. Serge asked if he was still sleep walking , noel said yes and serge said... What a life

You can also buy the tracks from radio 4 masterpieces after the broadcast. He was on really good form and I got my record signed so definitely worth the early start. He also said how he is sick of hearing the same questions all the time so fingers crossed some journalists may take note.

Other bits I can remeber
His plan after this album is not to take a big break
He got loads of songs left over from oasis era
He said most of the songs ''on the internet' will probably never get recorded as he constantly writing newer songs (obv similar as oasis era songs)
Aka what a life and if I had a gun would've been oasis songs
The solo in riverman is very good performed by Paul Stacey and very reminiscent of David Crosby
The interviewer called out The right stuff, is really out there but amazing

Maybe more like the live version where Mike Rowe mostly plays synths instead of the piano from the studio version, more guitar based and heavy. Or as an acoustic and dreamy song in the style of the alternative version of WFTR. |

He must have teased a quick follow up for the last few albums now. Never quite happens, though. Hopefully the temptation to release another album before he hits 50 (May 2017) is strong. |
