Doubt he would do it. If he is not up for any interviews or anything why would he want to have such a shit on his shirt.
Liam and his image is different story. Ppl judge him on the bullshit they read in papers (liam is not shy when it comes to mad things ) but... met him, he was a perfect gentleman, when I spoke to other ppl who met him...not a single bad word was said.
Don ' t believe he is poor by any means so really can' t imagine him making such a foolish thing...

I agree with Rolo (great post btw, Rolo). I've met both Liam and Noel and I love both. I can't take one side because they're both Oasis to me. I've been supporting both of them since I got into them by bying their records (never downloaded their official releases) and going to their gigs. I always had a different view of Liam Gallagher and of course I can't tell everything of him as it lasted just a couple of minutes, but I can tell you that he was really gentle, a very friendly guy towards his fans. He took his time to talk with his fans, taking picutures and giving them his autograph. Media knows how to "handle" celebrities and make huge money of it. What I want to say here is, that Liam Gallagher isn't some kind of monstor with no manner. No, not at all. He was a truly gentleman. Sorry off topic. I just want him to carry on what he ever started, on his own or with his mates. |

Just as I said. If he really is in dire straits then he'd do it and people would be thinking exactly the right thing. That he was a formerly big star that blew all his money on whatever and is now desperate for an infusion of cash because his career and personal life is in a bit of a nose dive. As I said...if that is true there is not much to be said about it other than it would be the final evidence that Liam has failed utterly without Noel. However if he isn't skint...it would be viewed the same way even though it was untrue. Even if he were just doing it for a laugh it would be perceived the same as if he were and doing it for the money and because his career had failed without Noel. If he truly is hurting financially he has nothing to lose. If he isn't hurting financially then he has something to lose. What relevance has noel got to do this? Who's looking for evidence that liam failed without noel. I thought the thread was about liam being in celebrity Unless on tour noel used to make sure liam didn't get flings pregnant noel wouldn't helped here as the divorce and love child that skintned him (if it's money reasons). Like I said there are plenty of people who do this who aren't skint and do do it for whatever reason and people don't always assume it's finiacial. If you Twitter search liam Gallagher on Twitter 90% of people excited for him to do it and very few think it's financial Like I said before in a interview in '10 he said he wanted to do I'm a celeb or total wipeout so he might just wanna do it. Like said before might be to show people real him, might be money who knows. Noel is only relevant in that Liam and he are unavoidably publicly linked. As I said initially. My opinion is that Liam's biggest barrier is being seen as the less talented Gallagher. It's the way it is. Noel selling out stadiums and topping the charts while Liam splits up his band and goes into the jungle. You can't say that that wouldn't be viewed as Noel succeeding and Liam failing. Which is a popular conception that Liam has been fighting at least since HFB sold so much more than DGSS. Also, if Liam had made money off another couple Oasis albums/tour instead slogging around in BDI there would never be anybody on here questioning whether Liam might be running out of money like you are here. Which I don't actually think is true despite the divorce and love-child. You are entitled to your opinion. But I don't think anyone would think that if Liam Gallagher's was announced as a reality show contestant that the popular conception would be that Liam's career is going fine and he's just doing it for a laugh. |

They are linked via oasis which is what people care about in the last 2-3 weeks Noels said every interview no reunion but no body listens or cares all the press and stories this week were about oasis reunion because of glasto Nobody outside of this forum and the odd interview compare liam and noel like you said at all. Like we both said its most likely tabloid bullshit and liam probably got more than enough money not to worry. Love this. Same as my interpretation (although I've never met him). Videos like at McCluskys meeting fans on YouTube. He's the bad boy rock n roll stereotype but has a massive great personal side to him. Look at him wearing those orange trousers recently taking photos in a curry house with staff loving it. 'Well behaved' celebs that are seen as golden wouldn't give people/fans the time of day like liam does. Fuckin love you liam! |

It was mental mate, when he wasn't with me he was just wondering round drinking with Miles Kane and Tom from Kasabian, I didn't know where to look! Just music really, he was really keen to listen to me explain what sort of music I do, he asked loads of questions. I remember the first thing I said to him was '' Alright Liam, I'm actually your biggest fan'', he replied ''Nah you're not mate, I'm my biggest fan'' Legend.

I'm sure Liam isn't that much of a dick besides the cheating and fighting. I've always read positive experiences from fans meeting him and we all know he isn't a great actor or a subtle guy. You can't fake this.

But even if we agree that he's mellowed over the past few years, that's not gonna change public perception seeing he's been a dick to other people for most of his career. And having a love child with a woman and then cheating on your wife with a completely different women certainly isn't gonna help his cause. |
