Yeah, looks good... Would rather have had Christian Bale in it, though.

Only 2/6 albums in the screen shot have the correct art work and there are a lot more that are not correct.

Obv annoying if they replaced bootleg art with approximations tho :/ edit : looks like if it doesnt know art work for some reason its assigned the album artwork to nearest year of release? .. i check mine

Someone was complaining that their singles were getting replaced with the actual album's artwork. So apparently what has happened with the Point bootleg for instance, is that a lot of it is Be Here Now era stuff. MTV Plugged was matched with WTSMG because the deluxe version includes Round Our Way from that.
Can't explain what's going on with Be Here Now though.
Someone's getting fired.

Probably the best feature of the service. Don't like the radio stations so far but the For You paylists are pretty good. I also like being able to use Siri to play any song in the Apple library whether it's in your library or not.

This afternoon my Genius playlists have vanished from both iTunes and my library. EDIT: And then my artwork this next morning... All of it... Had to uncheck sync music and redo it. Took a hour. ...At least Safari on my iPad is working again.

I'm hearing different things all over the place. Frankly, I hear more complaints on tech forums and sites than I do on a random message board like this and other places I go on. It's really weird!
I got an invite to the iOS 9 beta today, so going to go check that out after I do some backups. I really want to look at that new News app and see if it's worth getting rid of my Safari subscriptions for it.

Updated last night to 9. Not much of a change. I like the back button to switch back to the app you left. News is unnecessary to me. It's just a flipboard clone. I still prefer feedly as a news aggregator.

Really impressed with the for you section. I've already discovered more music from there than I ever did on spotify. Their deep cuts and introduction playlists are really good too.

On the subject of betas, here are a few thoughts about El Capitan:
1. This rootless 'feature' is ridiculous. What is the point of locking down the entire /System directory? I have had to manually repair permissions on kernel extensions and other important system files several times before this, which I would be unable to do with this enabled. Not only will this stop users from being able to fix their own computers, it will also discourage people from taking a deeper interest in how the filesystem works. Thankfully it can be disabled.
2. Safari now has the feature to mute individual tabs and the browser as a whole, which should have been added a long time ago. Great addition.
3. The new Disk Utility has a much simpler and more modern looking GUI. I haven't had to use it much yet but I notice the 'verify/repair permissions' option is missing, which also is missing from the diskutil command line application.
4. The new 'Notes' app is greatly improved with added image integration.
5. Xcode appears not to be supported, even though it is the latest version. However this can be resolved for the time being by running:
./Applications/Xcode.app/Contents/MacOS/Xcode 6. There's an annoying intermittent Wifi issue. When a network is joined and the computer is put to sleep, the connection to the router is maintained, but the connection to the internet seems to drop.
Overall, there's not a great deal of difference apart from from a couple of subtle system font changes.

Glad to see we're still having wifi issues a whole year into another major OS update... What the hell is going on with that?! I haven't installed El Capitan, but heard about not having root access or the verify/repair permissions option anymore. (Heh... It looks really bad that we even depend on that feature though, right?) I've only put iOS 9 on my iPad. I like how on landscape mode we can now have two columns of widgets, that was the one thing I really wanted and didn't expect they'd do. The new switcher is nice too. The screenshots of that make it look really weird, but once you're using it, it makes a lot more sense. They have the Command-Tab switching in there now too, kinda surprised that made it into the A5 iPad Mini actually, along with the new VoiceOver voices. We don't get the drawing feature in the new Notes app. I like the News app, being able to select a section within individual feeds is great. Pretty laggy on this beta though, but it's a beta, so it's expected. If they can get it right, I'll live with Safari's issues.

i actually, along with the new VoiceOver voices. We don't get the drawing feature in the new Notes app. It's on the iPhone. Are you sure it's not on the mini?
