People who don't like BHN as it is are really lazy!! You just need to put some effort in to hear the layers.

I've never gotten the love for Stay Young. Don't get me wrong, it's a good song....but it's a fairly typical Oasis song that Noel was churning out by the pound. There aren't many songs on Be Here Now I'd replace it with. Maybe Magic Pie. I personally believe The Fame, especially with Liam's vocals, would have been the far superior song. Stay Young is just cliche dribble, while the Fame contains probably the most honest autobiographical lyrics of Noel's career. Stay Young is indeed weirdly overrated. It's really annoying to listen to.

Am I the only one who looks more forward to have Knebworth in decent quality than a few demos? I think that people expect a little too much from it. I don't really care that much about Knebworth to be honest. It wasn't even their best performance, and we have plenty of better bootlegs from that era. I'm looking forward more to the documentary than the performance and the BHN reissue.

Stay Young is just a fun, bright, great pop song. Exactly the kind of thing Be Here Now needed more of.

I wouldn't say with The Girl In The Dirty Shirt and a couple of others already on there, another pop song is what Be Here Now most needed, but there's no doubt it should've been on there somewhere anyway, in my mind. A classic 90s Oasis tune. Hey! stay young - cause we know just what we are! And come what may, we're unstoppable - cause we know just what we are! Yeah we know just what we are! Yeah we know just what we are! Come on!

Considering that The Coral, Primal Scream, Noel, Stereophonics and Catfish and the Bottlemen (all related to Ignition Records/Management) are busy with new albums/tours this year we can forget the Be Here Now Reissue. Noel said it's a small company with few people

Noel said it's a small company with few people I guessed that would probably be the case when it wasn't released in 2014 tbh, the chasing the sun project ran out of steam, they will wait until 2017 now (if they still plan to release it, I doubt it though) because they can market it with the 20th anniversary, plus that knebworth thing is supposedly coming out this year so theyve already got their "big" oasis release for this year.

Anyone heard this remastered version of BHN. It is superb... This is brilliant! Great to listen to on headphones, you can hear the bass and other guitar bits more clearly. Particularly on Fade In-Out, the scream + solo sounds 10x more mega than it already is!

Yeah ive posted the link to that remaster quite a few times here it's really good especially at 720p with good headphones. Makes Fade In-Out even more epic which I didn't even think was possible.

The knebworth DVD holds more mass appeal to the general public than a BHN box. But is there any chance they might release the BHN box so that it can ride off the promotional coattails of the Knebworth release?
(I'm not optimistic)
On the upside, it would build on the generated interest but on the downside, it would be "reliving the disappointment" especially for Noel.
Yeah, its not happening.

Not to worry lad I found these for you for when the reissue finally comes out Classy and modern for the sophisticated yet deceased listener Or for the more authentic 1970s/1980s excess feel that goes in keeping with the album's drug vibes perhaps this model? Caution Advisory- The latter coffin is likely to create eighteen twenty feminists from the archaeological course that discovers your remains in about a thousand years time. It may also lead you mystoryisgory to be put on display in the British Museum to bemused crowds of space age visitors in a thousand years time!

Oh, that one. That's like the 50% version, here is the 100%: so it seems he did start drinking pepsi, which is funny because they had to do a lot of coke for BHN, and therefore, this thread, to exist ...amirite? no?

Fade In-Out is much improved by that fan remaster. Still think they missed a trick with the way they recorded it, not making it more like the live versions, but it's definitely less anticlimactic with the bass upped (and whatever else they've done to it).
