Reading through the comments got my hopes up so much this morning. Although I was suspicious that there were less than a page of them. What was the fake tracklisting? I didn't get to see it. Was it good? I'm intrigued to see what people think we'll get. It's adorable that people think we'll get the whole mustique demo tape, or any new songs. 3-4 acoustic demos, Some live G-Mex tracks, some Noel solo acoustic performances we've already got as bootlegs. Doubt we'll even get scratch versions of Noel singing the tracks like we've got in those abysmal quality versions. Maybe tracks from Right here, Right now. I'd be surprised if we didn't get stand by me by the pool. I took the announce of the Morning Glory reissue and changed it for a Be Here Now reissue. I saw also a Be Here Now with a black side instead a white one so I posted it here. The first disc was the album with TGITDS and DYKWIM?(remastered edit) as Japanese bonus tracks. Disc 2 were the b-sides with To Be Someone, Setting Sun/Fade In-out and MBM and IGBM live at Knebworth. The 3th disc were the Mustique demos including Slow and AATW boardwalk

I asked Noel on Saturday and he said it will defiantly be realised, but not until the back end of next year

End of next year was the latest update, at which point they may as well wait until August 2017 for the 20th anniversary.

I dont think you will see it until 2017 now, the knebworth thing is due to be released next year which means I doubt they would release BHN too close to that, it makes sense to release in the real 20th milestone.

What are you all talking about? Be Here Now was remastered in 2006 and again in 2014.

If God exists, then He is a benevolent being.
If He is a benevolent being, then he would've made Noel release the BHN reissue.
However the BHN reissue has not yet been released.
Therefore God does not exist.

When the Be Here Bow reissue comes out and proves that God exists, it's going to be Biblical...

[It was totally announced. From oasisinet.com: "To celebrate the twentieth year since the release of their debut album, Oasis will be re-releasing their first three albums over the course of 2014." Unfortunately this then happened... Noel finishing his album earlier than probably planned just got in the way for Ignition. I guess if he would have been done by fall/winter 2014 with Chasing Yesterday, rather than early July, we'd already have the reissue in our hands since christmas 2014. He's not too involved in the release schedule anyway I think, but this really was bad timing. I also somehow doubt we'll be getting it at the "back end of next year", as he said recently. Unless they really plan to put out the Knebworth release (this is a sure bet for next summer) and the Be Here Now back to back within 3 to 4 months. I fear there'll be new Noel material getting in the way, once again, especially in 2017. Just hoping that Ignition will find a gap in promoting Noel's solo career (which is of course welcomed as well) to finally drop it.

It makes more sense to release this in 2017, but that's too long and strange. "Hey we're going to re-release our first three albums, but we're going to release 2 of them in 2014 and the other one 3 years later"
If releasing this would mean it'd get in the way of another Noel album, then forget it. If I had to choose I'd pick a new Noel album over this.

Also its not gonna impact sales of CY. We are all going to buy it regardless of when the release date falls. Just get it the fuck out already.
