I think in all fairness, I should explain to you exactly what it is that I do. For instance tomorrow morning I'll get up nice and early, take a walk down over to the bank and... walk in and see and, uh... if you don't have my money for me, I'll... crack your fuckin' head wide-open in front of everybody in the bank. And just about the time that I'm comin' out of jail, hopefully, you'll be coming out of your coma. And guess what? I'll split your fuckin' head open again. 'Cause I'm fuckin' stupid. I don't give a fuck about jail. That's my business. That's what I do. Also, oasisdna said the Mustique demos are amazeballs, he actually used the phrase: "mind blowing." He also said Brian Cannon was suppose to do the artwork for Noel's solo album but isn't now. God bless. Officer Jim Kurring is a bank robber, but he never hurt nobody.... You're lucky that I love The Clash. Thanks.

You're lucky that I love The Clash. Thanks. Lloyd Dobler is the biggest Clash fan I know.

From the Oasis FB Page Feb 26th:
Twenty years on from the release of Oasis’ debut album ‘Definitely Maybe’ the band have a big announcement. In 2014 the first three studio albums will be re-released, fully re-mastered and complete with a collection of rare recordings and previously unheard tracks, starting with Definitely Maybe on 19th May.
Says it all i think...

Asimarx wasn't just being a paranoid android then.
Weird, I wonder what has caused the delay?

Well, now we know it was meant to be released this year as well. Strange..

It would be at least nice to get some official news that it gets delayed. Cause i cant see the release of a re release a (half)year later than planned (which would happen with Noels new Album coming out in March). Especially when it gets advertised as part of a project which contains 3 Albums released all in the same year.

The distance in time between the albums is quite big too.

Well, there was another official announcement in February that just stated that the first three albums will be reissued, "DM in May, MG to follow later this year...", no mention of BHN, so Ignition management probably didn't have a final plan or release strategy at this time. I mean, what causes delays, especially in the music industry normally? Partying? Drugs? Lazyness? Planning for your act to appear on Glastonbury and Jonathan Ross right in time? Just ask Alan McGee and My Bloody Valentine... Still, this just might be an unpopular opinion, but I'd prefer the Mustique Demos over the new NGHFB album. There, I said it.

See, I was falling back to paranoid mode. I was SO looking forward to the Mustique demos. Gonna have a break thinking about this. Ballad Of The Mighty I will console me before Christmas, when it gets its first airplay, I'm sure. ;-)

Still don't understand what could have caused the delay.
The remastering was finished in 2013. Stringing some old Polaroids together for the booklet and choosing the trackliisting for a bonus CD - it's not hard.
Maybe there's been a catastrophic accident at the world's main tote bag manufacturing factory...

Everything looked certain for a Christmas time release. Especially since Noel is having Chasing Yesterday come out in March. I guess they want Morning Glory to push even more units over the holiday season. Be Here Now is gonna have to wait until the Chasing Yesterday wake dies down. That could be almost near the end of 2015.

Maybe there's been a catastrophic accident at the world's main tote bag manufacturing factory... I've actually been using my Supersonic tote bag while going to the supermarket regularly for the past few months ("You can have it all, but how much...). A few weeks ago "The Roller" was played over the market's stereo and I was considering to ask for a discount since I was obviously more into their marketing scheme than anyone else. I didn't, of course. But I'd still like to have another tote bag with some appropriate, anti-commercial, Oasis-related line printed on it, I just can't think of anything fitting from the BHN era...

Did anybody else's original Be Here Now CD come with little cocaine sprinkled in the booklet? Because mine did!

I have the track list but am not in a position to tell anyone. However, I can say they are all songs that have been heard before...some being a couple of b-sides. Angel Child on the tape is the version that's already out. There are 13 tracks in total with Noel singing every track. That's about all I can say. Can you, uh, go into a little more detail about Noël's solo album? Like from what you said, it sounds like it's the AA album and Noel made it a little more commercial.... Maybe sing a few lines or put a few songs on YouTube? Thanks. Wait, you've heard Chasing Yesterday?! Tell us details pleeeeeeeease!!!

Two cancelled/delayed Noel albums in as many years.
This is right at the top of my list of first world problems.

Maybe sing a few lines or put a few songs on YouTube? Thanks. Wait, you've heard Chasing Yesterday?! Tell us details pleeeeeeeease!!! Yes I've heard the entire Chasing Yesterday album. It's nothing what you expect a Noel album to be. Everyone will be surprised. Tracks 1,3 and 5 stand out and the last 3 tracks that close the album out are atypical...TO SAY THE LEAST. They have a jazzy almost dance type feel. It's what a true artist does...evolve. I enjoy it. As for the delays on BHN, what you have to understand is that there are only a handful, yes maybe 4-5 people trying to get this done. It means digging through footage and painlessly listening to lost songs (I've heard songs I've never even heard of and know will never see the light of day). Also, Noel has to approve of the tracks...it's ALOT. So if you guys want a quality reissue patience is a virtue. I can't wait to see what Brian puts together for the packaging/artwork. I think I've said too much already so this will probably be the last I post on the topic. Live forever.

oasisdna you are a true superfan & legend thanks for giving us a quick insite! The fact you have heard the Mustiqe tape (The holy grail) and it is being spoken about more & more shows promise I feel to a release of at least 3/4 of these songs. I'd like to point out that the original brief for Chasing The Sun was to remaster Oasis 93-97 period with the 1st 3 albums being released this year. The management of this has been poor to say the least. BHN has been delayed it seems. I keep the faith we will get this by the end of January and it will be the best release of the 3. ...Then Chasing Yesterday
