I'm listening to it as I type. Jeopardy album version is bloody cool as live version which I heard last month. i does remind me a bit of Doves- miss that band. By the way, Jimi Goodwin (the bass player and vocalist from Doves) played bass with Electronic in the late '90s. He's providing backing vocals as well in this live performance of Forbidden City (love that tune). |

Iwan Gronow (Bass & vocals) and Jack Mitchell (drums) have been members of Haven which Johnny produced their first and second album. Their first album "Between The Senses" was a brilliant album.

New tour dates! And finally MILAN! Yes!! And Vienna! I sadly had to cancel most of my concerts last autumn (including Weller, that hurt, had been waiting for him coming here so long!), so I am delighted that I get a chance at another one I had been waiting for quite a while. I'll wait until I have a ticket - sale is next week - and then I guess I'll ask for a few album & track tips.  Flex is tiny, but I hope it won't be sold out too quickly. |

Thanks to nhami I've noticed that Johnny's gig at Fuji Rock will be streamed live! It's on this Saturday, at 14:50 local time (which is 6:50 AM UK time if I'm not mistaken), on channel 1 on this Youtube page: www.youtube.com/fujirockfestivalI hope somebody will be able to record it, I'll see if I can do something. |
