Agreed..the fact that he left Liverpool at such a young age didn't make him a lot of fans.
Fowler was more loved but Owen, at the time was one of the best in the world

I dont really know what you're on about..i think your really misinterpreting everything i'm saying but fuck it.. I don't see how anything I've said makes me think highly of myself, I think Owen was a better player than Fowler, thats it nothing more to it, nothing against you lol..just my opinion and i'm not the only one who shares it. as for the shit being thrown at you, had you understood what it meant, you'd know I was referring to myself, not you..calm down and try and understand what i'm saying before thinking im taking shots at you cos im not. As for the polls, as I told the other guy who got pissy about one of my polls I created, if you dont find them interesting you don't need to vote in them. I agree, Owen was a better player than Fowler, but Fowler was more loved by the fans - simply because he was like one of the fans and gave 110% for the club. He absolutely LOVED that club, and it was reciprocated. Owen left the club at still a young age - only 24 when he went to Madrid - and of course went to Man Utd which destroyed his reputation amongst many Liverpool fans. In hindsight, he would never have left Liverpool - it went from bad to worse from him. He was a great performer for Madrid, but wasn't played nearly enough because (pathetically) he wasn't a 'galactico' and didn't have a celebrity shine that Madrid love their players to have. Then he went to Newcastle, and injuries took over - he was never the same player again sadly. But when he was at Liverpool, I think he was arguably the best striker in the world. Matt striker wise I agree I was just saying better finisher somehow that got misconstrued. ,,,, Owen had more chances. And anyone shomwTched knows. Think I'm gonna change my avatar to Robbie

And I've given more opinions on this forum than anyone here , I guarantee that ....most times agreed most likes if you look , and more pm s regarding my views , when you are not afraid to voice a opinion some will be met with argument but the vast majority are not ,, so if you think your being. Cheeky think Again. Or read my work , you seem to be good at reading .youll see most times agree with , as for this if you watched , your less knowledgeable than I gave u credit for .....oh yea and if must think highly of yourself if you think I consider you not knowing your football as me getting shit thrown at me , you must think highly of yourself certainly I don't ...,Nd I haven read one person yet saying Owen is more Deadly in box , just your typical debate probing , and tbh , you can disagree or throw shit all u like I don't pay attention and am glad I'm on opposite side of your thinking I dont really know what you're on about..i think your really misinterpreting everything i'm saying but fuck it.. It's all good , I like the fights . Miss those days .....anyway , I hear you , but I think you And Matt. Think I'm saying fowler better striker. ,I only said most deadly. Which by the way matt so did gerrard. Ian rush hesky Rafa So I am in good company. Mi only was referring. To who scored. With less in box. Next debate And allingoodtime ill vote in ones I like. Thought u were taking piss , sorry ...... think in time you'll understand what I was talking about. And if you ever read conversion chances if there kept I'll be right that's all

Think I'm gonna change my avatar to Robbie Yeah I like Fowler better, just his sheer dedication. A shame he fell out with Houiller quite badly and left because he would be behind Gerrard for the best Liverpool player - certainly in terms of the local lads who came up. He would never ever have gone to Man Utd if given the chance. The fact he took a pay cut to go back to Liverpool in 2006 says it all really.

That being said theres still another transfer market left before next season so who knows? Hopefully Juve will go for someone along the lines of Cavani and another good defender. Roma could do with a better striker, not really a fan of Destro tbh but if you sign a quality striker i'd say you can easily make it past the group stages and even the round of 16 if your stars remain (Pjanic Benatia Gervinho etc)

As for the league tonights game will be very important (im obviously siding for Lazio ) Roma came close to winning it quite a few times especially when Inter were first because of calciopoli..imo Roma deserved to win it that year. Another reason why I hate Inter and am enjoying every second of seeing them suffer in 6th place lol

Messi is the best player ever id say, he's proven it time and again and still got years in him. No one else matches up to him as an overall player IMO
Top 5 off that list id go -
Messi Ronaldo 9 Zidane C.Ronaldo Ronaldinho/Thierry Henry

We both came draw today, really pissed off that we threw away another 2 goal lead, Juve can't defend set pieces/crosses to save their lives..
