Just asked for Xbox One for Xmas, and suggested splitting the price 50/50, since it's FIVE HUNDRED FUCKING DOLLARS. Jesus Christ.
Fingers crossed.

Over the Thanksgiving weekend at my parents, I found my old N64. I fired it up and it still WORKS 18 years later! Been playing games like GoldenEye, Zelda and Star Wars: Shadows of The Empire ever since. The system has surprising held up well graphic wise.
Who wants to play Madden 64?

Nowhere near as good as part 1, seem to just gloss over everything. part 2 is where i pretty much fell off from gaming... some good games mentioned, though - Medal of Honor, Metal Gear: Solid, etc. i found it interesting that Mario 64 is considered one of the best games ever...never played it. God bless.

God bless. I suppose it depends on when you were an early teenager years were really. I started off with the Sega Mega Drive (genesis), while others had the Commador C64 beforhand, Sega Master System & NES. Even with the SNES I was still a Sega boy but would regularly swap consoles with classmates for a week or so at a time. The Playstation took many hours of my life away. Even with the option to save games which many before didn't have you could still play a game for 15 minutes or 3 hours. Now it seems every game requires hours to get through where you can't really pick up and play by yourself for a little while. Last console I bought was the PS2 and for the last 3 or 4 years its just used as a dvd player. Don't have time to invest in modern gaming, Championship/Football Manager on the PC was the kind of turning point when it was "ok, this is getting out of hand!". Would love to have the latest machine to play but there are just not enough hours in the day so I just procrastinate about games gone by... First game I ever got was Pokemon Blue for Gameboy Colour, ahhh those were the days. Spyro, Crash Bandicoot, Driver, and dozens more which I can't remember were the games of the good ol' Playatation! Forgot about the game boy! Had the classic Tetris others I remember having were Boomers Adventure in Asmack World(SP?) which I could never get past last few levels, Hyper Load Runner, Simpsons - Krustys Fun House and of course Pac-man! Just looking through the list of games (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_games_for_the_original_Game_Boy), remember having a good few cartridges but don't remember what else I had for the game boy, played a lot of them but on different consoles

God bless.
