Does anyone know which songs they are going to play from different gear still speeding? I read that Liam said "we won't be playing too much of that stuff" so my guess it will just be Four letter word and The Roller.

It's been discussed already but anyway I think they'll play the songs that came across very well live - 'Four Letter Word' 'The Roller' 'Wigwam' and 'The Morning Son'
And it depends on how many 'rockier' songs are on the new record, if it's lacking them (which I already think it is, going by the discriptions) we will probably hear 'Man of Misery' 'Bring The Light' and 'Sons Of The Stage' to even the gig out.

Four Letter Word, The Roller, Wigwam, The Morning Son and maybe Bring The Light because it seems like Liam and the rest of beady eye dig that song

Oasis/Beady Eye/Liam Gallagher fans are literally the only people in the world who say "dig" and "mega".
I haven't said "mega" in an unironic fashion since 1993. I bet you all pronounce it "meg-uh!" when you say it too. Fucking sheep, lol.

Yeah, they seem pretty keen on distancing themselves from that album ... to be honest I never really took to the live versions of the songs, which is funny as I listen to Oasis gigs more than the albums probably. I hope the Roller, Wigwam, maybe Standing on the Edge of the Noise stay in there .... I dunno, stuff like the World Outside My Room (??) and Man of Misery ... pff.

I thought the recording of Wigwam was just average. Very tinny drum intro. Don't dig that. When played live it is an absolute monster. Glad it's in the sets after Liam wasn't sure at the start of the DGSS tour.

i hope they play upbeat songs......i personally don't think ballads/slower songs go over well live unless done stripped back and/or acoustically.... for instance The Morning Son never did it for me to begin with and the live version doesn't translate at all....
Bring The Light is great live....and even Standing On The Edge of The Noise....maybe Three Ring Circus.
God bless.

I always felt Three Ring Circus and Wind Up Dream were underrated both on the LP and live. Bring The Light is also more rocking live. I went to get MORE beer during Kill For A Dream, For Anyone and The Beat Goes On.

I don't think they'll play Morning son, as they're going to release another epic tune that could replace it.

I cannot stand 'Millionaire' so I'd be happy if they never play that again.
We're gunna get a few Oasis songs so I think the gigs are going to be even better. I seen them at The Olympia Theatre in Dublin and I seen NGHFB's at the same venue and I can honestly say that I enjoyed Beady Eye a lot more. Not to be comparing them but that is one thing Beady Eye have in their locker - a great gig with tons of energy.

Four Letter Word, The Roller and In A Bubble With A Bullet would be great. Also Wind Up Dream would be pretty nice to hear!

WTF is that all aout? epiphone100 is a total knob rot who seems to have a real problem with people liking Liam Gallagher on a fucking Oasis forum, unbelievable. While at the same time trying to tell everyone how great fucking Radiohead and that ugly vagina Thom Yorke is zzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz

maybe if people would reply and debate like reasonable adults, posts won't be playpenned. whenever someone disagrees, the first instinct is go to the personal insult "you're c*nt/asshole/dickhead/idiot/".
If you constantly disagree with another member, ignore them, block them, PM them, whatever. Just don't put the rest of the forum through pages and pages of your petty fights. The same goes to those who enjoy creating chaos in the BE section. Get a life, find a hobby, go outside.
