And it's in 240p. What is this? 2003? 240p! Who doesn't upload to youtube in HD any more (apart from the BBC)? If Beady Eye want a quick clip to promote their songs on youtube then just run a quick competition and ask the fans to throw something together. Or get somebody to follow you around for a few days with a decent video camera while you're on your last tour and then put the backstage footage aside for quick use in something like this. Put some effort in.

Every time I hear the song, I become a little less happy with it. Once you've heard the first line, you've heard the entire song. There's no more variation, just the illusion of complexity created by the crisp production. It's probably the simplest song that's ever come out of Oasis (or Oasis offshoots, it it certainly doesn't have the melody to back that up. It's got an opening thirty seconds that really pump you up, with Liam cutting in with all his snarling glory, ready to announce a real rocker. And then there's just nothing. Take line 1, insert some new words and repeat until the song is over.
It's disappointing.

Without having heard the rest of the songs I think it's a perfect album opener. An epic slow-builder that fills me with anticipation.

Just when you thought they couldn't make a video more crap than Bring the Light, they come up with this sack of shit.
Unbelievable.

Yes the song is rather average/below-average but what is the most worrisome news is how the band keeps talking about the song as if it's the best one they'd done on this album.
If FOTF is truly one of the better ones on the album then BE might very well be worse than DGSS. And a week ago I would've thought that'd be an impossible task to accomplish.

what do you want them to do ?! i think the video fits the new trippy style of the band excellent! hsat some kind of weird David Lynch flair. Do you want another video of them playing in a club, or on a rooftop, or beside some old building, or in a studio, or in a flat, or in a motorcycle stunt arena, or .... theres nothing i hate more like music videos like "little by little" sitting and singin ... liam in slow motion walking down the street .... HELL YEAH BRILLIANT! hope they will do something like "shock of the lighting" again, cause it would fit them now

I prefer this video to Noel´s... I don't like this video and I don't like Noel's videos apart for The Death of you and me and maybe Dream On but c'mon stop with the Noel vs Liam war,I prefer Noel music, but this is the BE section and here we talk about BE not about who's better, stop comparing the Gallaghers, they were Oasis

The shark jumped Liam! With this video, that is.
It's a terrible video but I liked it, nonetheless.

You watch this Beady Eye's video for almost 4 minutes for nothing. On Noel's videos you know that nothing's gonna happen', so you just let it play.

I don't get why people are discussing this video. It's not the official single video, just a promo. It's just like one of those videos with a song and the artwork from the single, but they have added a vintage animal video that they think fit the song. That's why the video it's only 240p. There's no way the record company would allow them to release something like this a an official video, it would be a commercial suicide.

Steve White's reaction to FOTF Steve who? Steve White, Alan White's brother who played drums for The Style Council, Paul Weller, as well as Oasis back in 2001 I think

Steve White is also bitter with the Gallaghers after what happened with his brother Alan being sacked from Oasis, so it's no surprise.

Idk just thought it was interesting
