They are obviously having fun, that's all. This and all the stems stuff. Internet media and social networks allows artist to offer more stuff no matter the quality. Just for the sake of it.
However im glad the audio quality is better than the radio air.

It's not the single that's why, it's just something to have in the background, most bands just put lyric videos up now for promo songs.
The first single will have a proper video.

Yeah actually thinking about it I think it's just a bit of attention seeking what with the flying birds reference, knowing that there's another song about Noel on the album. All part of the slightly weird 'out-of-the-box' publicity strategy they've been using

It's obvious it's just something to have show on Youtube while the song is playing. Better than just having a still image of the band or something up there.
