Made the top 100 of Q's 100 Albums of their lifetime. So we can beg to differ on that. I wish people would stop fucking quoting shit like Q Magazine in every discussion. It isn't reflective of the general public. NOT THAT ANY OF THIS BOLLOCKS WAS PART OF MY ORIGINAL POINT IN THE FIRST PLACE!

was in college myself at the time and nearly everyone taught they've screwed it up. I taught it was 70's Krautrock so it didn't shock me still think its their last great album. I thought it was a nice way for them to shake off all the trendy fans who jumped on after Karma Police became a big hit in the US. I guess it didn't work because any time this band tours near NYC or Philadelphia, ticket scalping is through the roof. I think In Rainbows is one of their classic album. Tune after tune IMO. I should give In Rainbows a listen haven't done since its release. Radiohead are just amzing live (i just love they barely play anything form the two most favourite albums) yet people still will go to see them. I love bands that don't take the easy route but challenage their audience sadly not many bands do it today.

Radiohead these days literally play nothing off Pablo Honey and almost nothing from The Bends. I saw Radiohead twice in the last 12 months, I heard 1 or 2 tracks off Ok Computer. None from The Bends. None from Pablo Honey. The rest off Kid, Amnesiac, Hail To The Thief, In Rainbows and King of Limbs. Like you said, the shows are always sold out, scalping is nuts outside but more importantly everyone is enjoying themselves inside during the show.

Better than their last records, but they still dont got it back. The songs are ok but overall the production dont suit that band. Too clean, too perfect, Where's the craziness gone ?
It'll be an enjoyable album at most, and some good material for advertisers. Music for car ads.
Higlights for me : (surprinsingly) One Way Trigger, Call It Karma (probably the best song on the record)

and Humbug isn't pretty much loved by the general public at all. Made the top 100 of Q's 100 Albums of their lifetime. So we can beg to differ on that. I can tell you that the Q readership is not a good indication of the general public and that Humbug while a very good album in my eye's was not universally revered by the general British public.

If you guys remember, Cassetti's Beard was a monster troll a month ago. I'm glad he is gone. Guy went insane for about an hour, fighting with.....everyone. Good riddance.

I think I like this new album a lot more than "Angles". Seems to have more interesting sounds and singing. Just my initial thoughts.

I've heard some tracks and so far I'm hating it, it's all too clean, too much keyboards and no punch, fucking hipsters may like this shite.

Not much special here. I mean, I thought One Way Trigger was complete and total shit the one time I listened to it before the album, and now its above average among the first few tracks.
I'm not sure whether that means that the whole album is below garbage or I misjudged.

The first song on the record 'Tap Out' is pretty good, both the singles are good and 'Slow Animals' is good. The rest range from average to shit! Well, after 3 listens anyway.
