Good interview overall. Don't know why people don't like him. He's highly educated, highly articulate, comes across as very presidential and professional, and has the business background needed in these economic uncertain times. He's the best president we'll never have. Our loss. I watched the Netflix Docu on him from last year. For how a presidential campaign affects a family, he won't do it for a third time, nevermind all the other reasons. But until it's official and he's not amongst those running, I'm still holding on hope. Romney '16. www.msnbc.com/morning-joe/watch/romney-on-minimum-wage-raise-it-251118147687i haven't seen the documentary yet but the reason people don't like him is because he was both insincere, he came across as saying what he thought the republican party wanted to hear not his own views. There would of course have been a substantial overlap. Also he has the problem for those with moderate positions in that the party which would continue to have a pull on him as president has too many people with views that are not centrist enough. Which means even if you believed in Mitt you did not believe in the party which can either lead you to not vote if your views are primarily center right or to consider the democrats if you are centrist. As for his business background whilst it shows he has a certain set of skills it does not make him an economist.

Sums it up, really. That's what happens when you elect a demagogue. Is that video supposed to be taken seriously? Never heard that song before. Supposedly it's a big hit. The guy reminds me of Ben Gibbard from Death Cab For Cutie/The Postal Service.

I've had this same view for a long time. Would be a mistake for Clinton to run: www.washingtontimes.com/news/2014/jul/18/merry-handicaps-in/That being said, a Republican President is almost guaranteed, unless vast improvements are made in the economy and this administration generally. There is still time, 2 years is a long time in politics. But it's hard to see Obama becoming competent for the last 2 years, when he has been so bad in the previous 6.

Tom Brady in 2016. God bless. caro in My Heart Well I can never be president as I wasn't born in the US so I'll just go for Congress. Note that nobody would vote for me. I'm too conservative for the democrats and too liberal for the republicans. US politics drive me nuts. Well I guess french politics are not much better seeing the tool that is currently pretending to be French President.
