I'll be in Dallas with my wife and brother. all going to the show? thats awesome. we are gonna chill at my place in fort worth and get out the guitars for a bit then head the arlington/grand prairie area. there isnt a whole lot over there, but we can all figure something out if we get there early enuf. I live in Grand Prairie, and my brother lives in Ft. Worth but works in Arlington. I'm not too sure about us doing much before or after the show mostly because I have two boys (3 yrs. and 4 months) and my brother is due to have his second a couple weeks prior to the show. But it is good to know that some true fans will be there supporting Noel.

Hey everyone, I'm going to the Kansas City show! Unfortunately I'll be going by myself, friends have plans and whatnot, but I wanna enjoy my first time seeing a Gallagher brother. Anyone going to the KC show want to meet up before the gig, maybe get some drinks? I'm a KC local, so if you're an out of towner I can show you the ropes. Definitely would enjoy the gig better if I knew I was in the company of some other Mad fer its. My husband and I (both Gallagher fans!!!) are meeting up with another friend at the show. Would love to meet up for drinks with any fans. Though I do want to get in line early. I'm traveling from FL and need to be in the front. As in - NEED - to be in the front. I have some unfinished business with Mr. Gallagher. i bet you know how to have a really good time. God bless.

Did anybody catch the interview Noel did with the Seattle Weekly? He was asked about how many songs he'd be performing on the tour and his answer was all of the album save STC, "four or five b-sides" and some Oasis songs.
Unless he's counting stuff like HTWA and IGTBF as b-sides, it sounds a lot like he's going to be using the setlist he's been playing for a while (perhaps including Good Rebel, LTLSALOM and Freaky Teeth?!?!) and not playing a truncated version like some people speculated. That or perhaps both bands will play the same amount of songs?

I just found this on Twitter. http://instagram.com/p/RJg3Zloki9 and a lot of tweets seemed to confirm the schedule. Unless the bands are switching every night, it could be full sets but with Snow Patrol getting top billing?

Who plays first? And does anyone have the setlist yet?

Who plays first? And does anyone have the setlist yet? Jake Bugg, then Noel, then Snow Patrol played tonight, it seems. No setlists are up yet, but I'm looking at the moment. Trying to figure out how long Snow Patrol & NGHFB played for.

According to this post on Tumblr, the setlist was as follows. They also said that Noel plays before Snow Patrol. IGTBF EOTR Dream On IIHAG TDOYAM Supersonic Record Machine What a Life Talk Tonight Broken Arrow Half the World Away SOTWB Whatever DLBIA Not surprisingly it's a pretty unoriginal setlist but at least it's longer than I expected.

I really wanted to hear LTLSALOM. :s Yeah, I'm hoping the non playing of LTLSALOM changes in 10 days But to be honest, I don't know what he drops. He's not going to drop Talk Tonight or HTWA. They're too big of crowd pleasers. He's going to keep all the singles in there. The only real candidates for being dropped are SOTWB and BA. I leave IGTF because it's tiring beating a dead horse. He's not going to drop it. So it really comes down to either BA or SOTWB as candidates for dropping.

Rather lose that than BA (my fave tune on record) or SOTWB (a great tune live) I'd drop IGTBF to make room any day of the week...but as you say it's most likely not going to happen at this point.

I would expect Snow Patrol to play last every night of the tour. They didn't do that on the Brotherly Love Tour and Oasis was actually bigger than the Crowes during that time span (even though they are an American band).

I knew Spaceman wouldn't make it (I'd rather have it than HTWA, even though I love that one)...but glad its 14 songs. Coudlnt see how he would do it in 12.
IGTBF EOTR Dream On IIHAG TDOYAM D'Yer Wanna Be a Spaceman? Record Machine What a Life Talk Tonight Broken Arrow Whatever SOTWB --- LTLSALOM DLBIA
That would have been nicer I think.

It's a better setlist than I was expecting. The setlist he was playing for the last while that had LTSALOM, Whatever, Little by Little, AND Spaceman was amazing. It fit the line in terms of having everything you need to play plus songs you knew people would want to hear plus rare shit! Although I'm hoping he adds Freaky Teeth later, I really want to hear that Plus, there's a solid chance he may also bring back Wonderwall, he hasn't played it since the last time he toured the US, right? Edit: Turns out he's played a few times this year, but just barely. setlist.fm has him playing the song 7 times in 2012, versus 26 last year. there's been over 100 shows so far in the tour.

I remember RM being dropped for a few gigs during his first festival tour and people on here saying it was the best live song of all the HFB's songs. I don't think it's the best, but I do believe that RM is about the fourth best live song from HFB's that Noel has at the moment, tbh.

This is the correct setlist. I went last night in Seattle -- Noel was great. Disappointing atmosphere, though. I'd estimate about 30% of the audience was there to see Noel. When he came out, I was yelled at to sit down by Snow Patrol fans (I didn't, of course).

Just got back from the show. It was a great time. Noel has improved so much since the Toronto show In November 2011. And so has the rest of the band. Except Mike Rowe who has always been great.
Missed FT and would have loved to have heard ASGOG or LTLSALOM. But that is just fussiness speaking.
Noel's really grown into the frontman thing. You can tell he's a lot more comfortable and it's done him good.

Just got back from the Edmonton gig...was really weird to be honest. The venue was really small for a stadium setting - from the floor, you could see that attendance was pretty patchy (lots of empty spots, even in the floor section). The crowd was the most static I've ever seen, and it was pretty clear that Snow PAtrol were the main act. A lot of people sat down through Noels' set (with the exception of DLBIA).
The crowd was absolutely quiet, apart from me yelling for DYWBAS and someone else shouting "Brother number one" a couple times. A fellow next to me shouted "change the fucking setlist already!" Not a lot of people singing along, especially to the HFB non-singles. Just head nodding. Noel was even more quiet. Didn't say a word until before DLBIA, where he said "Hello, great to play for you today, we'll do one last one".
Same setlist, though there was a humourous moment when Noel started to play Wonderwall and got everyone cheering, then sang Supersonic. Must admit, it even caught me off guard. The highlights of the night for me were IGTBF (I know we've all been sayign it shoudl be dropped but its actually a perfect mood setter, great opener and Noel seems to enjoy playing it and it shows), Dream On, AKA WAL (love the song but it always used to come off as clunky, but its sounding very smooth now), and Talk Tonight. Oh and Whatever, which I heard live for the first time.
Maybe Noel was annoyed about something, we'll see. I'm curious to read the next Tales from the Middle of Nowhere.
