Better than Sports Direct. It'll be interesting to see how the brand develops...

Interesting to see how the design and quality develops. Might be more tempted if the prices come down a touch.

Interesting to see how the design and quality develops. It'll take a while until that becomes clear. The next two or three collections will consist of pieces planned by the old company. Maybe some pieces or collections (White Label, Black Label?) will be withdrawn but I don't expect any bigger anytime soon. Nick Holland, the designer of the first legendary collections, left in 2011 but it wasn't until 2013 their stuff got less quality-focused.

Can we take a moment to recognise that I was right about everything I posted re: administration and buyout? Cheers.
Gonna hit the closing down sale in Sheffield hard.

Good to see Pretty Green venture has ended. What a stupid project. I pity the fools who bought that over priced shite.

btw I have many Pretty Green t shirts because they are one of few companies who seem to make them the correct length, ie not too short. You're not a manlet, are you?

I've never understood the greatness of Pretty Green. Paying 40 Euro for a T-shirt with its logo on it is ridiculous. Same for the jackets. Very overpriced and it really didn't look that special to me.

Paying 40 Euro for a T-shirt with its logo on it is ridiculous. Not true in case of the egyptian cotton t-shirts of the first collections.

Very overpriced and it really didn't look that special to me. Couldn’t disagree more with this. Pretty Green 2009-2012 was superb - I thought it had great pieces, good quality (see comments on Egyptian cotton etc), clear branding (Green v Black label), LG involvement. Thereafter I thought it was a shadow of its former self.

PG 2009-2012 is the best menswear that ever existed. ...and in later years no one paid the full price anymore anyway. So it's more like £20 for a t-shirt.

Can you explain that you're talking to a 6 year old, a 6 year who's has too many chocolates and sweets, on a sugar buzz, with no attention span.... Thanks.

I wear Jockey underwear every day; Gap camo joggers every day, a Levi t-shirt everyday.....nornallly a Levi black windbreaker, if I leave the house, with Niké 6" field boots.....
The weather's getting warmer.....I'll wear Levi cargo shorts; Jockey underwater; topless, no socks, no shoes....
Thanks.

PG 2009-2012 is the best menswear that ever existed. Their leading pieces from that era will become vintage classics, the leathers in particular. They’ll be admired and sought after by future generations. If you’ve a 2009-12 PG leather keep hold of it! The rest, pretty unremarkable. Take a look at this; even Liam could only just get away with wearing it, anyone else would look ridiculous in it. Liam has clearly had no attachment for a very long time, and I’m sure he’s relieved he’s binned it off. This isn’t the end of Liam’s clothing lines though, we’ll see collabs with big brands like Burberry etc, the start of which was at awards in 2018 when he and some of his party did promo for them. I’m convinced we’ll see actual Liam Gallagher branded ranges. Everything he wears sells out.
