Real people should get a support slot for Liverpool. He owes them a lot.

Take out Supersonic, replace it with The Masterplan which if he gets a brass/string section will work out nicely, even if he didnt it still sounds great full band, or maybe even Live Forever with just him & Mike

Also Talk Tonight, Mucky Fingers, and Half the World Away weren't singles as a point of order.
But saying that he is playing obscure tunes while playing 2 #1and 2 #2 singles...bit misleading

Drop Mucky Fingers/Supersonic and have The Masterplan/Whatever instead.
Or maybe... The Turning (like alt version#4), arena shows need some punch! Would be amazing if the band can pull that off, but it's just wishful thinking, can't see it happening.

For the arena tour I'd like to see the following:
- Add Brass and Strings sections - Add Choir when necessary - Add The Masterplan, Whatever (acoustic) and A Simple Game of Genius - Drop Mucky Fingers

I'm surprised at the number of people that want Supersonic dropped. I think it's brilliant and it sounds great live. I'd much rather have him take out IGTBF/MF/TT than edit the acoustic set in the middle.

I'd much rather have him take out IGTBF/MF/TT than edit the acoustic set in the middle. Agreed. Having Noel play Supersonic acoustically was a real highlight from the three shows I attended. The crowd kicked it up into a new level when he performed it. I definitely would not subtract it. If anything, I'd like to see a third acoustic song thrown into the mix. I recommend Whatever. If Noel really wants to get crazy, do Stand By Me. That was always a great sing along moment. I bet it would still ring true today.

Also Talk Tonight, Mucky Fingers, and Half the World Away weren't singles as a point of order. But saying that he is playing obscure tunes while playing 2 #1and 2 #2 singles...bit misleading Noel isn't playing any obscure oasis tracks, he's playing it as safe as he possibly can. Sure talk tonight and half the world away are bsides, they're not obscure though. they're probably 2 of the most well known oasis songs. they were famous for their bsides.

As much as I do love MF - and I do love that tune - I think its time for a new song to replace it, as well as IGTBF. I think walking out and starting off with ASGOG then EOTR would be great.
I'd love to see Going Nowhere in there but we know the odds of that are rather slim.
As many have said, Noel is very intent on keeping his routine. I worry this may run him into the "nostalgia act" category one day, as we started to see with the same Oasis setlist in the last couple years. I think he can learn a thing or two from Neil Young here. I'd much rather see Noel take a risk and 'flop' then play it safe all the time.

Fuck Whatever, heard that millions of times from Noel. Keep Supersonic in and add Rockin' Chair and Idlers Dream into the acoustic set.

Why would Noel add more obscure tunes when he is playing to a bigger audience? I'd love to hear some rarities, but I doubt he'd change things up now that he's playing to two times the amount of people every night.

Wonderwall is the only song in which i don't like Noels vocals at all. Liam is the only one to sing this. So drop out Wonderwall and replace it with an acoustic Whatever. I also don't need Half The World Away. The Masterplan would be much better for the arena tour!

If I were Noel I'd keep the setlist pretty much as it is and possibly add in The Masterplan and maybe Slide Away. Really like the idea of having the choir and string section behind him as well.
Don't know if I'm alone on this, but I would definitely like to see Falling Down in place of Mucky Fingers...

I think a choir and strings are an absolute must. I agree with the suggestion he needs to drop Supersonic and replace it with Whatever.
While Mucky Fingers doesn't look good on paper, I actually really like it live.
I'm not a fan of Falling Down live. He sounded way too flat on it during the DOYS tour. He would need to improve this performance greatly for me to be happy that it's included in the set list.
Step Out and Going Nowhere would be amazing bonuses. Sad Song would be good, too. But he should leave the likes of Rockin Chair and Live Forever alone. Those two are too quintessentially Liam for Noel to twist (just as was Supersonic - which was ok acoustically, but would have rather he left it out).
Also, he better keep the light show - or replace it with something similar if he's going to change it. I was really really impressed by the lights when I saw him in November.

I wouldn't mind seeing IITBF dropped, though. Never did it for me live.

Supersonic was a highlight for me. It's magic with the crowd singing along. And it's not like he's playing it with the full band which would need Liam, it's great acoustically.
I'd also keep Talk Tonight, just beautiful, and maybe even It's good to be free. Still, The Masterplan is a must and so is A Simple Game Of Genius! He HAS to play it live someday. Can't wait to hear a proper live recording! He should get rid of Mucky Fingers though, eventhough I must admit, it's quite good live.

I thought Supersonic sounded deadly live stripped down, I'd love to see ASGOG played live the soundchecked version sounded pretty good. He could drop The Good Rebel it's pretty shit
