It'll be months until we get more music now, which sucks. It'd be nice to get a 4th single off this album with b-side... we were getting so much stuff over the last months, so i haven't got a problem with it. it's amazing that we're getting another noel album next year, instead of waiting 3 years like with oasis Oh, definitely. And by the time that album has fallen off the map we won't be far out from BDI releasing their second album. I'm curious to see how prolific Noel ends up being. I think it'd be good to have another single because Noel's singles have been doing pretty well and DOYS experienced a nice little boost in sales from FD being released in March. A single might help the HFB's sales...with the added bonus of us getting another b-side. But then he still needs the release a teaser single for the AA album. I had kind of thought they'd release Freaky Teeth around the time of the UK arena tour so the casual fans would be familiar with that tune.

Up 1 spot to #14 this week #15 sold over 35609 so Noel could have hit the 40k mark

Good news! Looks like this album is going to sell about as well as DOYS...impressive... Yes, indeed. I was expecting Noel to get half of what DOYS got in every country/region, including the UK. So I was basically expecting 350,000-400,000 tops. But it looks like it should fly past that. Does anyone know Noel's worldwide total. I expect him to get to between 650,000-700,000 when all is said and done.

Between 510-520K including this past week Yeah, that's pretty much where I thought it was. Thank you. Actually...it must actually be higher come to think of it. The last worldwide total that I did was 2 weeks ago not 1, as I had originally thought until I checked again, and that was 475K Then 26.6 for last week in the UK. And between 36-40K, although it could be higher, this past week in the UK. Only other sales we have figures on is a further 2.3K from Japan So excluding any moderate sales that he is getting in other world markets Noel is actually at 540K+ Not too shabby.

Yeah, I'm still banking that he'll be between 650,000-700,000. I doubt if he goes much more above 750,000. Unless he somehow he gets really lucky with the next US single (if there is one), and the IIHAG in the UK. But yeah, 540k+ is pretty good.

Why is it moving up again in the UK? Great news, but what is the cause of it? Is he getting alot of radio play and people outside the Oasis fanbase are taking note?

Wow. Well done, Noel. Album must have good word of mouth-that's the only explanation for the continued strength on the charts, as he is not doing any media in the UK and WAL is long gone. Much stronger sales that I thought he would get...he should over 400K after 2 months. And IIHAG should provide a bit of a boost after the holiday season!

I think they have started playing IIHAG on radio. I saw it pop up a few time on the Radio 1 and 6music twitter feeds.
