I just read it and I've forgotten it already :/ I've no problem with Coldplay but the titles a bit silly. That's what I mean. It's a nice concept. A type of London graffiti was good in concept. But who is going to remember it later?

Coldplay have run their course. They were a nice soundtrack to an otherwise pretty poor period in music, but we need them to dissolute now so a real group can come and take the reins of world domination for the new decade. And I DON'T mean Kasabian, I mean a group of real musicians.

Their "dissolution" would mean nothing but one less alright band playing on most radio stations.

But its the flag bearing, lighter waving, charity glorifying, falsetto predicting, anthem indulging prose of Chris Martin I can't stand. Coldplay aren't bad, they're just boring.

Yes, it all comes off as a bit contrived, but the man always looks like hes having the time of his life. I can't fault him one bit for that.

Stupid title or not it'll still be better than Noel's new album.

Stupid title or not it'll still be better than Noel's new album. I'm looking forward to Noel's album a lot more - give me Everybody's On The Run and If I Had A Gun, and The Death Of You And Me is a great taster for the album unlike the awful Every Teardrop. Mind you, their other new songs are brilliant. It will definitely be better than Kasabian's though. Now I'm just sitting waiting for a shitstorm from deasy and Tom Wells.

^^ I like the way if I posted the above thing in reverse you would be going mad. The double standards here of some people is incredible ;D Idiots like Matt who think any other opinion bar theirs is wrong are always going to be present on a forum though. As some might say......Cue the bitter hatred for this from folk who listen to their simpleton pop rock.

^^ I also don't know why you made the comparison. We haven't heard either album and we all know how you feel about the 2 bands anyway.
On topic: When's the next single?

Can't say I'm looking forward to this one. It will probably sound like every other Coldplay album i.e. same melodies, with bland themes, and Chris martin singing about how he wishes he had some real testicles.

And I DON'T mean Kasabian, I mean a group of real musicians. I apologize. You're right, Kasabian aren't even worthy of being mentioned in the same sentence as the term 'real musicians'. I should have said the Wombats or the Arctic Monkeys instead.
