Some tracks are quite decent IMO. I like Talk and Yellow.

Some tracks are quite decent IMO. I like Talk and Yellow. Yeah this. Love it or Hate it 'Yellow' is probably THE pop/rock song of the 2000s just like Smells Like Teen Spirit will be remembered as THE pop/rock song of the 90s. It really is a flawless song and one of the few instrumental environments where Martin's voice actually compliments the song rather than taking away from it.

I gave Parachutes a proper listen last night. It's good, but nothing earth shattering. Yellow is great, Trouble is pretty epic. However, in the realm of mellow post-Britpop albums, I much prefer Travis' The Man Who.
