The new single "Days Are Forgotten" will be in rotation on radio from Friday and on September 12th Kasabian are to release a 7” vinyl of the new track which is the second track from their fourth studio album ‘Velociraptor!’ which is released one week later on September 19th. From Kasabian Mania I hope that the Friday airplay is true... This then Noel on Monday!

Brilliant! Love it. Like this one better than Switchblade Smiles. Can't wait for the new album.

I'm not really feeling it. Nothing has really hit me like Vlad did when it first came out.
To be fair, I didn't really like Fire or Underdog until I heard them in the context of West Ryder, so I'm still really looking forward to it!

I just got up... I took a shine to it immediately... I think the instrumental side of it is a bit like Stone Roses- Fools Gold... Can't really compare the vocals thogh... Tom has a unique voice

I prefer Switchblade Smiles (I fucking love that track) but this is enjoyable too. It would be way better without that ending IMO. The rest of it is great

This track is phenomenal! I don't get how people can dislike it (I'm probably biased though!)... But I think this album will be better than WRPLA... I have a feeling that they may have only let out the weakest of their songs on the album so far... I mean, if they were to put out what they felt was the best, we would have heard La Fee Verde by now as Serge has expressed that it's his best song ever... Also, Zane Lowe was talking to Tom when he played Switchblade Smiles on Radio 1 early last month and they were raving about Goodbye Kiss... Releasing their weakest songs would be a move that I wouldn't put past Kasabian... I think that the strongest song will be out as the first real single after Days Are Forgotten

It's kind of strange that this song is nowhere to be found. No mention on the kasabian site (besides the italian section), nowhere to officially stream it, no mention from the band themselves and no metion (that I know of) from any radio DJs. It's very unusual the way this has been done.......

I can't find this anywhere.
It's been taken down from YouTube and stuff due to copyright.
Anyone got a link?

Better than Switchblade Smiles which whilst is a massive tune is sort of a bit too much, a bit of a Kasabian parody.

I agree with the predictability of these tunes, they all kind of sound like they are re-writes of Vlad.
