That has to rank up there with Arsenal's Anfield (ha, Scousers) 1989 league win.....I hate Man City and what they stand for, but how dramatic can you get!?

LOVE IT ! What a finish to the premiership. So glad City won it.
I've got NOTHING against local Man Utd fans, but i cant stand the southern 'i support them because my dads brothers uncles gerbil used to be a fan in the 70's' rubbish.
Amazing end to the season, so happy for City. People go on about they bought the title, how about the money Man Utd's spent the last 15 years ? Hello ?

People go on about they bought the title, how about the money Man Utd's spent the last 15 years? It's astounding that people still fail to recognise the fundamental difference between money that's earned by a club and money that's gifted to a club. Even so, United's net outlay on transfers over the last twenty years is about £175m. City have spent more than double that since Sheikh Mansour bought the club in 2008.

so many plastic City fans.... So if a person's happy that a different team won the premiership for a change, and it happens to be a team that hasn't won it in 44 years, that makes them a plastic city fan? I don't support city whatsoever but I'm delighted they won it over united. And the fact that they won it in fergie time makes it even better!

Sheffield United. I care because as a football fan that was one of the best games I've seen, regardless of the result. Also it's nice to see someone else win for a change..

What a dramatic season it has been all over the league. From the incredible scorelines (8-2, 6-1, 5-3, 5-2, 3-3....), to the incredible battle over Champions League places with Spurs' capitulation and Arsenal's resurgence after a horrid start, to Wigan's amazing end of season run, all culminating on the last day of the season with a last minute double salvo from Man City to clinch the league. I don't think I've ever seen a Premiership season as dramatic across the board as this past one.
And with that, roll on Euro 2012, and see you all in August!

At least you'll see the premier leagur next year... Hopefully you'll have a similar experience to us in the championship. Its a great league to be in for a season if you can manage to come up first time. One of the best years of supporting Newcastle. Best of luck, I'd rather see QPR, Villa or Wigan go down instead of you.

Definitely deserve to stay up purely for the attractive football they play.

If Beady Eye were a Premiership football team they would have been relegated back in February

I just think there are a lot of clubs more deserving of a PL place. Ones that might actually fill a stadium from time to time.
