Dan Gilbert has a Napoleon complex....he's like 5'0" tall. Imagine how he feels standing next to Lébron... God bless.

^Yeah I suppose if I was a diehard Heat fan I'd feel the same, maybe not to the degree you feel but I see how its hard to root for him. One of the shittiest ESPN storylines of the season has been the Lebron is the coach over Blatt narrative, but yet Lue gets props as an assistant coach. Like I get James is doing some leadership stuff on and off the court, but Blatt deserves a lot of credit here for rebranding this basketball team and he isn't really getting it. Yeah Lue is the defensive guy, but the lack of respect Blatt is getting is kinda of insane. Spoelstra didn't get a lot of credit from fans of other teams either . He revamped the entire offense after the Dallas loss to cater to LeBron strengths and turned him into one of the most efficient players ever. Phil Jackson has eleven championships and still is disrespected by some people. When you coach great players, the player's get the majority of the credit Blatt tried to institute his offense in the preseason and LeBron was having none of it and they scrapped it. They aren't running an offense now. They are running very little set plays. It's 90% iso ball. If it is Lues defense then he should be getting the praise. They aren't winning because of their offense. It's all because of their defense and LeBron controlling every possession.

tonight was more about coaching adjustments and the warriors role players rather than steph.
Lets be real James is the finals MVP regardless of how this ends, but if Golden State wins I think that MVP award should go to Andre Iguodala. Dude has been absolute force on d and he's been consistently solid on offense. He outplayed lebron tonight.
Credit to the warriors staff for doubling lebron a little earlier. The cavs role players did not step up. Mosgov owned the small line up but I think the warriors will live with that if lebron is passing out of double teams. Also +21 for the Warriors when Shaun Livingston was out there. He's match up nightmare on both sides, he has to get more burn. Golden State went down early but the set the pace in the first quarter and you could tell that it'd eventually catch up with the cavs. They looked pretty tired out there.
Iman and JR are in lulls offensively and to be honest I'm not sure if they are mentally tough enough to get out of them. I know both are playing insane d but JR has stuck it up. On possession he shot like three 3's none of them went in and then Curry just dribbles it up and scoops one right in the cavs grill with ease.

The Cavs need to sign me to a 10-day contract...
I can sit my ass on the bench and 'high five' the players that play when a timeout's called, too.
God bless.

A Miami Heat executive when asked about LeBron calling the Heat."The franchise I was with at the time" responded "If he forget the name of the franchise is on both of the only two rings he has"

When that big hardcover Beatles book came out, like, 15 years ago or so, I would always open and leave it on that page when the book was out for display in stores. God bless.

I wonder why the Cavs don't go big and post Mozgov when Lebron is resting. If I were Blatt I'd put him in with Thompson/Jones, Delly, JR, and Iman. Let the offense go through Mozgov then surround him with shooters if they double. Maybe that woudn't work but if you're gonna rest lebron I think Mozgov has been their second best player. Don't run the offense through him a la game 4 but he is playing way way better than anybody else on the Cavs.
JR disappeared after the first, Iman play okay d but does anybody else miss so many damn fast breaks?
Props to Curry who was sensational. Andre Iguodala despite missing like 10 ft, he showed why he is their glue guy, and even Barnes made some nice hustle plays.

40 points, 14 rebounds, 11 dimes and a steal from lebron in game 5 and it's still not enough.

will lebron get MVP on a losing side? he deserves it i think... If Curry has another good game and they close it out I think Curry will win it. Some people have been throwing around iggys name but I don't think he's done enough. LeBron has been great in the last two losses I just don't see them giving it to the best player on the losing team.
