Did you heard it too? It's all based off the fact that kind and shine could be rhymed. Could we just let Show Me Your Love go guys. It was less than 15 seconds...let it go.

Show me your love, show me a sign, we're two of a kind, all of the time.
I could see that. Doubtful, but I can see it - makes more sense than the For Anyone theory, in any case.

I hope it is and I hope it's rubbish and no one ever mentions it again. People are clinging to those 15 seconds.

I agree! I mean for christ sakes, Noel soundcheck of "and i'd love to love true love, if you know" or even "everbody's on the run" are much much more promising.
Also C'mon It's Alright. (btw from Liam's comment that he's heard half of Noels solo record, im guessing COIA, STC, IWLIADIMRM are all gonna be on there! Exciting times !!)
These are tunes we should be watering at the mouth for.
Show me your love is okay....not that good. But hey...they call me the rollleeerrr uh uh uh

But if it is Show Me Your Love, and is as good as we're expecting, why would it be a bside? Not more bside frustration that dominated the Oasis years, surely?
I never knew/know what to feel about that - it's aggravating as some Oasis records could have been so much better, and the band would have gotten more the recognition they deserved. But then again, it's also a hidden gem for us hardcore fans -- which add value to the quality throwaway songs. It's a tough one.

This is absurd... Actually we have 10 seconds...then 2 second...then 4 seconds. It's not even 16 consecutive seconds...

Actually we have 10 seconds...then 2 second...then 4 seconds. It's not even 16 consecutive seconds... I'd rather base an opinion around something that's there, rather than basing it on something that's not there. There's more evidence pointing to the fact that it could be good than there is of evidence pointing to the contrary. It may be a bad song, if it even exists. But your judgement to suggest that it could be bad is more absurd than my judgement of it potentially being good. I have 10 more seconds of evidence than you.

I am saying that we know basically nothing. We have 16 seconds from a montage of 3 different clips of Liam strumming. I am saying this obsession with SMYL is absurd! It could be shit...it could be great. But everyone was talking about being cautious about reading too much in to the 30 second iTunes clips (including you) which are a consecutive 30 seconds of a fully produced studio recorded song. And yet hear you are saying that you can possibly extrapolate 16 seconds of non-consecutive strumming and saying the song could be "as good as we are expecting"

I think that Liam has heard half of it. Noel did say that they were done with the follow up already, because they did it during the DOYS time. A while back someone asked what would become of that. I think Noel probably still has those songs along with the Come On Its Alright and I Wanna Live A Dream In My Record Machine. I dont think Noel stole them, but I do think that he took them. As he should, he did write them. I think the songs that were Noel's that was suppose to be on the follow up to DOYS will be Noel's solo album, along with the 2 tracks that didnt get Liam's vocals. Normally, I wouldnt believe Noel when he says that "the next album is done", but when he said that. He did say that it was him and Sardy that recorded it. So, I tend to believe him.

What I mean is that Liam has possibly heard demos of some of the songs that Noel recorded but haven't been released and so are naturally contenders for inclusion on a Noel Gallagher solo album. That doesn't translate into half of Noel's solo album in my book. Unless Liam knows the tracklisting...but considering he also said that he doesn't care what Noel is up to AND that it is very quiet in Noels camp...I doubt that...

^^I think thats half. Doubt if his album is going to be more than 12 songs. That translate to 6 songs. If he didnt write 6 songs during that DOYS, including the 2 tracks that didnt get Liam's vocals, that arent good enough to be on his solo stuff. Then I'm happy he left Oasis, and didnt put those songs an Oasis record. I dont believe that. So I'm gonna assume that there was a follow up written, so when including the 2 songs that didnt get Liam's vocal, that it adds up to at least 6 songs that will be on his solo album.
6 songs isnts a lot. Its not were talking about a 20 song double album. I think Liam's hard at least 6 songs that will be on Noel's solo album. I believe that at least 6 of them are from the from the DOYS period.
