I am not saying that Noel didn't write 6 songs. I am saying that just because he wrote them does not mean that they are going to be on the album. I am saying Liam has no way to know what is on Noel's album as of yet since he has specifically said he hasn't heard anything from Noel or Noel's camp since the split.
Maybe he'll use songs from longer ago, not all of which may have been put forth by him for Oasis because he didn't think Liam would go for it. Maybe he will not use any tunes that he had been originally planning to use Liam's voice on. Maybe he's hit a fertile patch, which he seemed to be doing during DOYS, and he's written several more tunes since then.
Noel said they had basically recorded the next Oasis album. That doesn't mean he is going to use them for his own album

As we all now, Gem is still close with Noel. Maybe even Gem's got a demo cd from Noel and played it to Liam? Maybe Liam really likes making hardcore techno songs with rap and jazz elements in them? Thing is, it all boils down to speculation from us fans (Well, most of the time anyways). This is a forum, we're alowed to speculate. It's fun (Most of the time). Though it should be said that we should be careful jumping to conclusions as most of us don't know anything anyways.
As for commenting on the subject of the thread. I hope one day we get to hear that "Show Me Your Love" tune in full. Chances are pretty high that one day we'll get to hear it, as we've now got The Roller, Stop The Clocks, Record Machine, and Boy With The Blues. All old songs once shrouded in mystery, and now we've finally have them. I really like that Show Me Your Love clip. Sounds like "vintage" Liam. We'll find out in febuary if it is Two Of A Kind.

I believe what Liam said was that he heard Noel's album, he sang on half of it, Noel swiped songs from DOYS for his own album. This leads me to believe his information stems from the fact that he heard enough material from Noel in 2007-2008 that Noel could have finished an album with it. Doesn't mean that IS going to be Noel's album.

I've never known so much anticipation for 10 seconds of somebody strumming an acoustic guitar in a recording studio.
Absolutely ridiculous

Are we going to go through this with every song until it (may) come out in the open? The obsession is getting as bad as Stop The Clocks and look how that turned out

Absolutely ridiculous Well, I think the Stop The Clocks situation was far more rediculous. That song was hyped up beyond all sillyness. And to think of it, all we had of that song was some info from NME about it, interview quotes from Noel, and a picture of him playing the Zanzibar. I even think there was some death threats involved as well, when a guy on this forum had it, but refused to share it. Might be wrong about that, but perhaps anybody on here also remember it?) At least of that "Show Me Your Love" tune we've got some audio of it. We've got a little idea of how it would sound like, although small. It's all a matter of taste I guess. Some people really liked that clip, and are eager to hear it. Nothing wrong with that in my opinion.

We don't know what version of STC we got. Noel has several knocking about, we don't know which is his best or which will/could be developed into his best. STC is good song writing, albeit a rip off of Looking Glass, but the vibe is too whiny. If Noel developed the song more akin to that of the outro, STC would have the ability to live up to its hype. Same goes with RM. We know for a fact the version we have of RM is a mere demo and not the guitar laden song that was supposedly planned for DOYS. RM, though, has the potential to be a pure classic, and I hope one day we hear it in its full glory.

I also don't get all the hype about "Show Me Your Love". Nothing special in that little clip imo. All I know is that I'd me extremely happy if Noel reworked Solve My Mistery (Revolution Song) for his solo album. To be honest, I wouldn't mind if he used the existing version. That song is a lost classic.

this Show me Your Love hype is getting out of control haha. Sure it sounds promising. Its another nice little summery acoustic tune like songbird or LLAB but i seriously doubt it'll be anything truly amazing. Are we getting that desperate for BE to prove us they can write a decent tune?
If you are gonna give me any little tunes that we've heard parts of give me the acoustic tunes that Noel wrote at least we have 2 or more mins of those and thats not me trying to "pro" Noel is just we've literally heard maybe 30 seconds of liam (and gem) on guitar and piano. Although the 30 seconds is probably 1/4 of the song anyway.

^ We've got 16 seconds of non-consecutive music...not even 30 seconds.

show me your love sounds good, but i dont think it sounds any better then the rest of the beady eye clips we already have.
i do hope we noel puts out that if theres a god clip into a full track i think there as alot of of potential. also the 3 soundcheck tracks from honk kong sound really good as well. i think both albums are gonna be really good. and both so different
