Black Mountain are great. Vancouver band. I was living in New York when I first heard of them. In an article I read, they were playing while The Black Crowes, Oasis and Dave Sardy were watching (while Sardy was producing DOYS). Sardy just produced that Black Mountain album. I just moved back to my home of Vancouver and have seen Black Mountain a couple times. Unreal group.

Slow, plodding, boring, nothing new.
Sorry not liking that, not liking anything I have heard from Beady eye.
Lets hope Alan Mcgee is correct about Noels stuff.

I'm loving how Liam's voice is much more authentic to how it now sounds live. The last couple Oasis albums, his voice seemed to be a bit more polished. Beady Eye is showing the greatness in what Liam has now. Digging it. Yes, I've noticed this to as well! Smart move of Beady Eye and Lilywhite. I think Beady Eye will sound great live Especially The Roller I think will be a huge crowd favorite live. Can't wait to sing along to it in march

Great song, but it sounds so much like the Beatles I do not even dare to rate it (as a BE song)

After 3 listens (which are always enough),it's a good enough 7/10 for me....people who don't like it,they sure as hell don't like ''instant carma'',because they are pretty similar...that's the only bad thing for me,the fact that at least 50% of this was written 40 years ago and even then,it was seen as a pretty basic ''all you need is love'' type song, which was elevated by the great chorus.....
Bottom line is that YOU HAVE TO LOVE THEM FOR BEING SO UNASHAMEDLY LENNONESQUE.....
And another thing,as much as i love liam, the singing on ''instant karma'',is some of the best ever singing.........

OBviously you can't deny sonic similarities between oasis, beady eye, the beatles. But if youre going to compare them quality wise, what's the point? Just enjoy it.. don't let it prevent you from liking the song. The chorus of the song is the original part, and that is probably the best part of the song. Ridiculously catchy! Like the old oasis songs makes me want to find the lyrics ASAP so i can sing along.

All those people asking for mp3 files, I don't get it; just type in in google "youtube to mp3" et voila, a minute later you will have the mp3 file.
As for the song; I wasn't really impressed with the preview. I knew they already gave us the chorus; which I thought wasn't really that great.
But now when I listen to the whole song; I love it more than I thought! It really works as a song in a whole. The way Liam sings it a little different every time; the guitar solo is nice; as is the last bit. It's the little things that make this song so great as a whole :-)
At the same level as FLW, if not better. Because it's there second song I really like I'd give it 8/10.

Totally agree with you on Liam singing the parts differently through the song, it actually makes it alot more interesting, yes is does sound like the beatles but the hook at 2.24, the guitar solo, the chorus and how he changes up the verse parts really save this song from being a shameful rip off, im digging it
