Don't think it will be a big hit. But this in combination with the 21 second sample we all heard, makes me want to hear more from th em, that's for sure!!  To be fair its just one song, to me it seems like its not a classic but just a song to wet our appetite. I loved that small clip on the website before (which obviously isnt this song), hope this is just a 'filler' type of song (eg meaning of soul type) and i still look forward to hearing any future single releases. Still not overblown, just sounds quite amateurish in parts and very very basic like it really is 1960 or something |

The Piano is great
Liam sounds quite good
Song is very positive. I was expecting something different, but i like it. Not a masterpiece, but it stays in your head. This is the most important thing for first single.
Too early to give some mark, but let say 7/10

Good to see Gallagher Jr can nick a riff as well as his older brother.
Predictably very retro and 60s-sounding. Not disastrous but not a classic either.
Decent party music I guess but hope there's much better on the album.

He definitely wasn't kidding when he said Jerry Lee Lewis...I am still not sure what to make of it. I appreicate the piano and doing something a little different but the lyrics are pretty..well, its not ICSAL at least.
Stillno download. Thats ok, I'll get it later. I got to hear it so thats whats importnat.
Above all...new (almost Oasis) music. Glad to hear it. And we didn't have to wait 5 years!

The problem is we havent heard a new Oasis/Beady Eye song for so long we obviously had high expections and couldnt wait to hear this. I'm a huge fan of Oasis, loved dig out your soul and many Oasis b sides. But this song just sounds an average b side, it just sounds way way too close to great balls of fire. I hope its just an album filler track and not one of the corking ones as if thats the case its a letdown. I think some people are suffering from hearing a brand new song and getting over excited by it when it pains me to say but its very average. If this was released under the Oasis name this would get totally slated. |

think its a pretty good song, love the feel of it, the old school Jerry Lee Lewis feel. But i cant fucking download it, got e-mailed the "confirm and download link" and i click it, and i get an error on the page it sends me too.
