If we can wait 3 years for an Oasis album, we can wait for anything. It's good for building one's patience, isn't it?
I'm very very excited for what Liam, Andy and Gem will come up with. and Chris. If it takes a little longer, then its nothing new for us to deal with.

It takes time to make a good album... a good album that rocks but is not appreciated... Shit like Leona Lewis and Lady Gaga is appreciated, but not Oasis

Promises about expected release dates, singles, and that he wanted to do things different then Oasis, no long breaks and waiting periods ... But there is no news at all until now ... fans need some good news ... that's why

A least a Single before the end of the year would be good.

Its a possibility that this album could be really bad. I mean Gem and Andy make decent filler songs and Liams songs are very basic but I do think basic isnt a bad thing like for example Songbird. Songbird is a nice catchy tune.
They are all past their prime in writing. I dont think the album will have bad siongs persay but more just fillers

What an absurd comment. Writing isn't like singing, or playing football. As long as you can still think freely, you will always have the ability to write creatively. I never heard something so stupid in my life. Let's give them a chance first, eh?

There's obviously another band calling themselves Beady Eye. Check on itunes, the other clip by them - Someone You Can Love - sounds nothing like the boys. Also the artwork? Come on now. (ex)-Oasis are cooler than that. Can't believe people have fallen for this!

How much do you bet that LG and co don't have the rights on Beady Eye. It could explain the delay.

That would do actually. Could we end up with a new name and could THAT be what the news at the end of the month will be?

I guess he's still capable of a dozen more 'Live Forever's" or "Don't Look Back In Anger's" or "Supersonic's". We should all be expecting another Definitely Maybe any day now. From the Beatles, to the Stones, to Oasis, to U2, to Bowie, to Michael Jackson, to damn near everybody... musical creativity seems to peak in the 20's and into the early 30's and goes downhill very quickly thereafter.

This is probably the only time i'll ever agree with you but yeah. The only exceptions being Dylan and Neil Young. Probably forgotten a couple. Noel is still capable of a great album, but it is less likely.

The inspiration or approach may not be there, but the ability sure as hell is. For you to deny that is simply absurd. You cannot be past your prime with writing. Look at all the amazing authors, I guess they peaked after their first major book? Don't be daft. You can't lose the ability to write well as long as your mind is in tact.

Thats what happens.... They have all written a bunch of songs, probaly there best ideas as songwriters but it get stale

Surely, the fact there is another band with the excat same name also on Itunes HAS to cause some problems?

There's a track on the album that sounds like something by The Who called Beatles & Stones and a good tune, Millionaire. Quite a few ballads have been done but I don't know if they're on the final LP track listing or not.
