Its the same kinda break like shock of the lightning, its pretty clear. Its the middle to end of the song before it goes into the last section. I'm pretty confident. Its like a break in the track, then it rebuilds for the final drop. Pay attention to the 1st seconds of the tune, its like the sounds are fading then boom it starts up again with the riff and slow drum build. I took recording arts and I'm seeing a "shock of the lighting" type clip. Remember that one? Same thing. Its the middle of the tune.

Failing down is a great tune. Anyway, the clip kinda has a kasabian sound. Anyone agree? Are you referring to my post? When the Falling Down clip came out, it was not the actually song, but the Chemical Brothers remix clip. Everyone was raving about that and it only turned out to be decent. Thats what I'm referring to. If you werent referring to my post then my bad.

Ok, now listen to this.
Sound similar ? Also, to those referring to it as sounding like Kasabian, well, this was Gem's album from late 1990's, so they're like...ripping off their own work o.o
If that makes sense.

I hear the tiny resemblance but that song is pure crap. The beady eye clip sounds way better. Nice ear tho

I'm not so sure if the resemblance is tiny, it's just a slower version of that riff, or atleast it sounds like it.
Either ways, as long as it's a great fuckin song, IDC.

Those riffs are eerily similar. Even without Noel, they're borrowing riffs.....from themselves....

We could stay up all night posting songs with the same arrangement; Fade in -> guitar riff -> Kick drum -> full band. It's quite common.

I'm finding it hard to get excited by a 22 second clip - still none the wise whether that tune is a belter or a stinker.

I wouldn't say the tune is mega, riff is nice though.
I'm just excited that we are very close to hearing music, I've been waiting a year for Beady Eye and its been years since I heard a new tune of this group of people. Hoping for some airplay soon.

Riff = decent. But it's the MELODY that's important and we await that this

I love the boring people on this post that are so cautious. Ur poor girlfriends must be so bored on the weekends. Lmao. Hello people! Show some feelings. Fuck. It sounds pretty heavy. U gotta be a fuckin retard or tone deaf not to see that. I'm not saying its gunna be amazing or its the next "morning glory" but that 22nd clip is loud and heavy. Period.

^^Not saying we shouldn't be excited, but you have to be some what cautious. I mean it really seems like this happens everytime Oasis/BDI comes out with something. I just wouldnt get that up for it. I wanna hear more than a 22 second clip. If thats enough to get some people jumping off walls then I think some people need to get out more.
Mainly because if the song is only decent, most people who are jumping off of walls will be the main ones slagging it off. Just like with DOYS.

Well, it's not heavy :s It's not Hard Rock or Trash Metal... Unless you mean it has a "heavy vibe" in a sense of groovy and psychedelic...

Well just come back from a few days away and its great to see the website, logo and that small small intro. Think we 'may' be getting carried away though. Its just 20 seconds ! Two words... 'Phantom Menace' ! Remember seeing that trailer ? Everyone was going crazy for it, looked/sounded so great ! Seriously though i hope the albums a huge success but i'm taking it slow, its just 20 seconds of a song. Does sound very good and raw but still early days though. Exciting stuff though !

I wonder who's written Bring In The Light? I'm going for Liam!!!

My guess is Gem has written Bring The Light and Liam has written the b-side.
My guess is purely because the riff sounds a little like Gem would write but in terms of the music they may have all worked together. Also looks like he is playing lead and I imagine him and Andy will swap depending on who's tune it is.

They've cowritten before.

Or as somebody else eluded to, the band may have worked on music and words together so every song may be Gallagher/Bell/Archer and maybe even Chris will be credited on the music too.
You just cannot say as nobody knows the dynamic of the band.
