the riff is ok. It needs some really really booming drums behind it though. but already better than anything on HC ha.

Liam has never really sounded downright "bad" on an album (imo) but i guess anything is possible. i thought he sounded terrible on hc... His vocals on Love Like a Bomb are so horrible I can't listen to it.

Damn - beat me to it This actually sounds really good. Like none of that simple riff, repetitive AGN bullsh*t. This sounds like a real, solid tune. Now we can only wait, guys, remember that time flies, so let's not be too impatient and with the dancer who's supposed to be in the video - let's stop stalking her, shall we? ;D

Failing down is a great tune. Anyway, the clip kinda has a kasabian sound. Anyone agree?

I don't really see the Kasabian or even just the under dog similarities. To me it has Gem written all over it and influenced by the Jam

To me it has Gem written all over it and influenced by the Jam Its just the fact that we're only hearing a riff and underdog is pretty much riff-driven, so yeah not enough to call the two similar tbf.. And this is only 22 seconds, people should definitely STOP over-analysing it!

Yeh, definitely being way over analyzed a bit here, tis only a short teaser. If the artwork for the Bring The Light single is right then I'm definitely expecting Beady Eye to have a vintage mid-60s Rock sound, thats definitely what the style of the pic hints at. Even though its only a short sample I do get the feeling that it sounds like something that wouldn't of been out of place on DBTT or DOYS.
I wonder if the new tracks will be credited as individually written like on the Oasis albums OR whether they'll be credited as the whole band i.e. Gallagher/Archer/Bell or something.

Riff = decent. But it's the MELODY that's important and we await that

I hope everyone realizes that this clip is the Middle of the track. I'd bet quite a bit on it that its not the start. Actually i guarantee that its the middle.

It will sound good as a intro, because right where the teaser ends, it sounds like the song is going to explode. Really digging the cheering crowd in the background as well

I do believe the songs on the album will be the ones they wrote during the DBTT sessions as they weren't used on DOYS. It's only been a year since Liam announced they were gonna make a new record under the name of a new band so I really don't believe they wrote brand new songs for it. Maybe just 2 or 3?
