no, there won't be. it's all about the individuals nowadays. jordan always had pippen, ewing always had starks, and malone always had stockton. those guys were always about the team. i couldn't see someone like carlos boozer or o.j. mayo doing that. they'd have to share the spotlight, and they just won't do that.

and back to football...
There's a 'psychic' octopus in Germany that has so far predicted succesfully the winner in all of Germany's matches in the World Cup. It also predicted Germany's results in the Euro 2008 and had a success rate of 80%. The prediction for Saturday's match is that Germany will beat Argentina. Not easily, but the germans will come through...
Seriously now, I do think that Argentina's defense is too vulnerable and that might cost them the match in the end. I do agree with the octupus in that it will be a pretty close match. I don't really like Maradona, but I do want Argentina to beat the germans. An Argentina-Brazil final would be orgasmic

But if both Brazil and Argentina make their way to the final, it'd be great to see this again, specially maradona's face:

Mogly - I don't think our oranje men has a big chance on Friday either ;D marcos - We can't beat Brazil, so you don't have to worry about. That was good, Mimmi, you clever sorceress. It's going to be a long flight home for Felipe Melo. If he even makes it to the airport.

That's why football is the best sport in the world. It has no logic! I said it was gonna be a nervous match. It always is when Brazil and Holland play. We were almost perfect in the first half, we could've defined the match there. But then that first Holland goal made all the difference. Holland has all the merits from that moment till the end. The cup will come back to us in 2014 Just a little note. Felipe Melo is the biggest son of a bitch I've ever seen wearing the brazillian shirt, he doesn't deserve to play for Brazil ever again! Now I'm all for the germans ;D

Now that I'm thinking, I recall talking to Kenneth on wednesday and he said Holland would win by 2 to 1. Damn, I'm a little bit afraid of him now

I really didn't expect that result yesterday. The National had to move their stage time back from 9 to 7 PM in Paradiso on Tuesday to make everyone can watch the semi-final after the gig. (the promotor asked the band). I'm going to see The National finally on Tuesday. Really looking forward to see them as they're one of my most favourite bands since 2007, but due to early gig, my beloved band can't support them (yes, I'm crying my heart out). After the gig, everyone can stay in the venue and watch the match on a big screen in the main hall of Paradiso. What a crazy nation we are. I'll have to make my way back home safely before the match ends. Now, good luck to Argentina and Spain!!!

Now, good luck to Argentina and Spain!!! I hope Germany goes to the final! I honestly can't see us beating Argentina and Spain. And, of course, The Netherlands - Germany is a classic

FUUUUUUUUUUUCK I guess it's karma for laughing at brazil I thought we were going to equialise at the beggining of the second half, but then the 2nd goal came and the game was over. that difference is extremely exaggerated though
