'Stop The Clocks' plagiarises 'Looking Glass' by the La's to f**k. Same verse melody, even the same lyric "turn the world around". Anyone else noticed this? Yeah, they're very similar now you come to mention it. Always felt I'd heard Stop the Clocks somewhere before but could never put my finger on it.

Go Let It Out: At 0:42 Noel says 'Hit the bass..." At 1:47 Liam makes a sound like he's getting punched in the stomach "huuahhh..." Everyone with working ears is aware of those.

Didn't Noel say Looking Glass was the song he wished he'd written?

Don't know what Noel's obsession is with Looking Glass, genuinely think it's the worst song on that album.

If you play Champagne Supernova backwards you hear (around halfway) the line: The Door Opens for Us All

Looking Glass is amazing imho
Anyway, what does Noel say at the end of Magic Pie? It sounds like "oh dear" but I'm not sure

Yes it is.
Legens goes he sniffed some coke and then said ''oh dear''. Hence the weird sniffing souns right before it. I don't know if that's actually true, but it's funny and plausible, since it was during Be Here Now.

What he's actually saying, is obviously ''Fuck me, this is shite''
I was gonna say ''fuck me, this next song is shite'', but Stand my me is one of the few half decent tracks on there.

Toward the end of Don't Look Back In Anger on Familiar To Millions, on the last couple of lines the crowd sings without Noel, there's a woman you can hear singing that's really out of tune.

The choir really gets to shine on the Jagz Kooner remix of "The Turning". Not so much on the album version. I'd have liked to have heard a Jagz Kooner produced Oasis album. It is what the Death In Vegas sessions SHOULD have sounded like.

The kids playground sound effect at the start of Record Machine on HFB is the exact same soundbite they use on the 'Raisins' episode of South Park at the beginning of the episode when the kids are playing in the school yard

The little riff inbetween the verses for Round Are Way is the same riff that became Be Here Now, just two keys lower (G instead of B).

Doubt i'm the only one who noticed but I love the look and nod the brothers give each other towards the end of All around the world sort of like 'we fucking made it..'

So when Wonderwall is almost done there's this sequence that sort of sounds like an acoustic Supersonic before, just before kicks in to like a quarter of the wonderwall riff...any thoughts?

Liam's vocals on a Love Like A Bomb don't sound too hot 9 years later.

Oh yeah that guitarbit at the end! All this complaining about Love Like A Bomb..it was never my favourite song but I never noticed that Gem did backing vocals and I can't even remember what Liam's vocals sound like. Must listen to this.

The chirping birds on One Way Road and at the start of Hello seem to be the same track.

Yeah, I've never really thought anything of that. I even play it whenever I'm going through Wonderwall on my guitar, never seems to get mentioned anywhere.
