Coldplay lost it the day they formed.They're kinda like radiohead,but althoug im no radiohead fan they do have their own style so i appreciate em for that.And ok oasis sound abit like beatles,but least they dotn make dull music.Coldplays biggest hit,they're getting sued for..i guess it shows.Stone roses were a billion times better,their first album beats the 4 of coldplays.I dont see why they try n be like u2? ever on stage he cant stand & sing i sometimes think chris martin's about to have a fit.Anyway back to topic..

An Oasis message board is the LAST place to complain about music plagarism. ;D Come on, Don't Look Back In Anger is NOT plagarised - the two piano notes at the beginning that sound like Imagine does not warrant it being labelled as a rip off. It''s pure Noel genius. Other than that, I see your point entirely - there are many songs which Noel has plagarised, so to accuse Coldplay of doing so is like the pot calling the kettle black. |

Oh yeah, believe me I know that Don't Look Back In Anger isn't a rip-off, it's just a pretty high-profile song that does borrow from John Lennon. And I'm not insulting Noel (or Coldplay for that matter) at all for music plagarism, as I think he gets a really unfair amount of criticism for it, but I still think it's pretty hypocritical to insult Coldplay for ripping someone off when clearly Noel does do it.
