Just got home. I've been a massive Oasis fan since 95. This was my third Oasis concert.
My god.
I'm going to write a full review in this thread tommorrow afternoon....so be looking for it.
I need the night to process it. It was...so good it had to be bad for me!
I mean it...unbelievable. I'll try and get some pics and vids up tomorrow as well. Cheers to everyone who made it a special special night.
Review tomrrow.

Oh my goodness!!! it is nights like these that I will remember for the rest of my life and tell my kids about it... (and who knows maybe bring them along if Oasis is still around). The band was absolutely rocking tonight. Disappointed about the crowd though - they all just decided to stand up when Wonderwall came on. Woman to my right was playing on her iPhone... as Oasis were making me go crazy with Rock n Roll Star. Unbelievable. But seriously.. I tore my lungs apart.. jumped.. danced.. swiveled.. and clapped so hard that my wrists hurt now. Don't know if my voice will ever be back. And yes I'll be writing full review soon as well. Soldier on!

I thought it was great!!! That was my 5th time seeing them and it gets better everytime. Noel letting the crowd sing the 2nd chorus of DLBIA was awesome!!! A section to my left there was this annoying fucker who kept saying "man city" and all this other bullshit. I am a huge Oasis fan but I hate that bullshit, you are not in England. lol, on the way out of the concert this girl that was with my group had stached a beer in the bushes and on the way out she was digging for it like a homeless person and the cops got her. She is well over 21 so someone just had to go back and get her. hahaha, damn drunks.

Great concert. I was in section 101, row BB. Best seats I've ever had for a non-GA concert.
MSG had a better crowd, I think I was one of the only people standing in my section. At least in my general area.
Anyone notice Liam fuck up a couple times? Sang the wrong opening 2 lines for TSOTL and said "hold up a minute" during Wonderwall.
"I went to the white house today. Its exactly the same size as my house in London, without all the white of course."

It has been about seven years since I saw Oasis play the Patriot Center on the SOTSOG tour, and it was fantastic to see them last night on the same level as they were back then. A couple of short videos from last night... (select "watch in high quality" and they look much better) Don't Look Back in Anger: I am the Walrus: Pictures: www.flickr.com/photos/28181344@N00/sets/72157611488378342/

pretty quality show, too bad it wasn't GA...the crowd was a little lame, some loser got angry at me and my friends because we were jumping up and down and singing and having a great time and I guess we brushed into him a couple times, but you have to expect that when you go to a rock n roll show...

Haha! it's funny how he says "hang on" before singing "I heard you say". People were messing the timing between "But don't look back in anger" and "I heard you say".
And yes the crowd was terrible. After the concert some people told me I should have been on American Idle. I mean come on... if you can't go crazy at a concert.. then why bother coming to the show and just sit there like a right old tit.

And taking a video kind of distracts you doesn't it?

Was there, was a great show, didn't notice the crowd to much but from what I saw in my seat everyone was standing. I was singing along the whole time haha
Another great quote
"You guys were great tonight, but not as great as us!"- Liam

And taking a video kind of distracts you doesn't it? yeah, there are times when documenting something you like gets in the way of actually enjoying the experience. but recording just a couple of videos and taking a few pics ensures that i'll have something to look back on when i need help remembering what it was like to be there. i still got to dance, sing, and jump plenty though.

That wouldn't happen to have been you, would it?

got a drinking ticket before the concert but wat a show. It just amazes me each time how talented Noel is especially he is just the god of all god. Another quote of the night: "Out of all our supporting bands, they are the most recent"- Talking about Ryan Adams and the Cardinals.
Liams vocals on slide away and songbird were especially great I think the best song of the night was Waiting for the Rapture- Noel's falsettos were unbelieveable.

Little boy couldn't handle his alcohol. Spent the entire show bumping into people, banging into chairs, and shouting "OASIS, OASIS" over and over like it's his first time at a proper rock 'n roll show. Guy looked like Chris Martin and acted like he belonged at a Coldplay show. Very disappointing to know that Oasis actually has fans like this somewhere out there....do us all a favor and go become obsessed with Pete Doherty.

Another one.. Noel was introducing Jay on the piano and was like hey is a replica of someone. Whose name did he mention?

He said something like 15 years ago DC was the capital of the world, it's not anymore, what happenned? it's no longer exciting or something. He was commenting on its former status as the murder capital of the world. Incidentally, he made note of Camden being the current murder capital of the world the night before in NJ. With regards to the White House joke, it was his dry wit at its best. I don't know how else to explain it.

I was sitting in section 2 across the aisle from this unfortunate individual. I would've been more than okay with him not being there. On an unrelated note, did anyone else notice how many little kids were at this show?!

I have to say i didnt think it was a great show. they didnt sound great.
was anyone else disappointed?
i was disappointed with my tickets. i was in 109 and nobody was standing except me and one other guy. i felt dumb but i didnt really care. how come i got crap tickets and bought them in the pre-sale? i should have waited for the regular on-sale.
