This is a disaster. What a horrible destruction 2 a decent album that millions will never hear just because of not properly releasing this 1 fuckin tune.

Oasis are #1 in the uk mids
HOWEVER!!! that is because iTunes havent sent their sales data yet.
the next update will have Oasis pretty far down the charts!! as they are not shifting much on downloads

They've just barely made top 10 on today's update. They haven't been playing it on the radio much, it's on R1's A list but only like 2 DJs play it every other day.

Well its no surprise as its an album on itunes......another cock up by the marketing dept of Oasis.....so lots of sales but no chart position.....Coldplays last single got to 54 so I wouldn't sweat too much

It's made #12, not too bad. 12th is disgraceful... Only themselves to blame, hope 12th gives them a kick up the backside...

It's their first single since Shakermaker to not reach the TOP10... Quite weird, in a way.

thats what happens when you release outta time rather then the turning as a single
poor poor choices all around this record

I reckon falling down and the turning will be released its not down to the single choice its down to two other things
1. Poor timing - why not release the single to coinside with one of the big gigs - (electric proms) 2. No new b-sides - You can pick the album up for £7 now so whats the point in buying one song of the album by itself

i gotta say its disappointing. who feels love? and sunday morning call, two tunes that i like but don't have the same potential as i'm outta time, both reached number 4. perhaps even worse, lord don't slow me down a digital-only song that wasn't widely promoted at all reached number 10 .

I don't even know why chart on based on how much the single sells. Almost no one buy singles anymore. It's a dying thing.

Wow, what happened? Very disappointing. totally disappointing. 12? that is not very Oasis-like. I thought IOT would be one of the songs off the album that would be a big hit single-wise. I don't even know why chart on based on how much the single sells. Almost no one buy singles anymore. It's a dying thing. that's true but they are still being compared relative to the single sales of other musicians so it's still a major disappointment.

..............................12? I would have bet all my money that it would have at least reached the top 3, and I was convinced itd debut at number 1. I cant beleive it, that is absolutely rediculous. Im still holding out hope that it'll move up the charts for next week, as IOT just seems like the kind of song that the public would absolutely love. I even had hope that itd do a bit better than TSOTL here in the US.

Best single in terms of mainstream appeal for a long, long time.
Yet its Oasis' worst single position since Supersonic. Disappointing!

When i saw the charts, i had to look twice, still can't believe it TBH, i did expect top 5 at least, like everyone says, it should appeal to the masses...
