What axactly does 'leaks of the new album' cover? Demos or the actual album versions? - material that will be made commercially available on the new album including any kind of studio production leaks from the recent LA sessions - use your PM function if you want to trade material of such kind. |

Has nothing to do with Soapbox going down. Im an admin over there, we've been having technical problems for the past few days and the owner has taken steps prior to the leak because after the demos we knew it was coming.
After the DBTT fiasco a couple of years ago, we dont allow links to this sort of stuff anymore, its just a coincidence the problems caught up to us this morning. Our traffic was nowhere near what it was when DBTT leaked, its just bad timing on it to go down.

well rumour has it there are 6 more tracks to come off the demo cd.. just nobody has a clue to what they could be.. exciting times  |

I'm not good at computers, can a website really be shut down by a band, i didnt think you could control the internet like that?
P.S. Is there more leaks that just cannot be posted on the website then that I can look for? Is it ok to ask if something has leaked on here and download it elsewhere?

The content of this site is being read by band officials and the recording studios. They would have the leagal power to force a site to shut down if they have a proven cause. It's ok to ask for anything on here, if it's commercially available use your own discretion wether you want to download it on another site or exchange the file with someone else via PM, thanks |

If the new songs leaked are on the new album then it will not be worth the money. Oasis need to get back to what made them great, good songs with strong tunes, not this rubbish. We all need to get a life.

honestly I hate leaks of the official stuff. It's so difficult not to go straightaway and download to hear them since I can't wait for new oasis stuff. But I do download any live shows where they play yet to be released stuff. I figure if it's played live then it was meant for everyone to hear early. blah nevermind my rant hopefully the actual studio album WON'T leak at all!

I think these leaks were from oasis as was Lyla. It's bit of market research and free advertising.. Iv'e just listened to tehm on youtube. After this length of time if they were real leaks the band would have taken them down. Some new Coldplay songs were on youtube but they have been taken down and a copyright material notice is there now.
I am really excited about the new songs and it bodes very very well for the new album.
I can't really describe why but for me it sounds like oasis are back to being oasis whereas before they turned into a folk/blues band or something.

I will download the album when it leaks, period. But I will buy it, too. It will be the second consequtive time when the same line-up has recorded sophomore albums. WTSMG and Be Here Now and DBTT and this one, though Starkey is unofficial member of the band.
