Great deals for Arsenal, Gallas is a great defender at the top of his game and has great pace, something Senderos, Djorou etc dont quite have. The Beast will get us goals from midfield much needed and is a big b*****d who will be very hard to get off the ball. Reyes had no interest in staying so best getting rid, he was also a perennial underachiever for us! But the best bit of business by a mile is someone actually paying £2m for "The Cyganator!", great day for the club! anyone got proper confirmation about this Brazillian Denillson other than the Sun?

Am I the only one thinking we could have got more than £5m in cash to complement Gallas?
I mean, we knew Chelsea had buckets of money, we knew they badly wanted Cole, and Gallas only had a year to run anyway??

I have read on several forums and press today that Chelsea say £5m but it was closer to £10m from Arsenal sources, I would suggest we got more but have you ever known Arsenal to reveal any figures about signings always undisclosed! so I would say we have done a great deal, get Cashley out and Gallas in, he will be a King!, gives us 4 good centre backs now and a bit more cover for the full backs plus Lauren has still to return along with Clichy, I still cant find anything on this Brazilian Denillson anywhere today!.
