there's ONLY 30% in... if you ever watch this chart you'll know that it flucuates BIG TIME building up to it being final. We have no idea where those sales are being reported from - what stores, what cities... it will change, they will rise, trust me...

more over remember THIS IS NOT THE OFFICIAL US ALBUM CHART... it's more like an exit poll in an election, they get results from major chains, etc. but NOT every single sale is refelected in this chart it can be 5,000-10,000 off...
A good indication to look at is the "top tens" section which shows the top ten albums sold this week at major chains across the country
It looks alot better and promising... the two most important are Tower Records where they are #6 and Virgin Records whos results are not yet in...
NEWBURY COMICS - #1
EARXTACY #2
WATERLOO - #3
TOWER RECORDS - #6
DIMPLE RECORDS - #8
BORDERS - #10
HASTINGS - not in top 10
INDEPENDENT RECORDS - not rated in top 10

not looking good at my best buy, they have a shitload of albums left, granted half are dual disk. In front they have about 2 shelves full, and in the oasis section they have about three shelves full  |

man i was so pumped yesterday when it said top 10 and now its top 20 im bumin dude......come on america wake up the coffee is brewing and oasis is waiting for you........... dont bother gettin upset OASIS are dead here cause they simply arent liked the ny post today mad fun of them for liam slaggin off u2  ...coldplay ,the white stripes get great press and heavy promotion from mtv and vh1 it keeps them hip with the kids..spped of sound was playing for the last month and it was released later than lyla... the us charts are all about promotion and OASIS dont get it so i am not gonna get upset |

They're up to 18th now. Let's not dismiss them all just yet, only 33% of the sales are in yet, not even half. It could be a grower just like on the Itunes site...

Not the real chart right? i just checked its the real chart  they have moved 48,000 plus.... mariah has moved 104,000 they cant catch her but the number 4 lp only is 1,000 away and number 3 is at 67,000 so a top 3 is attainable  |

with 68% in, I think they're a lock for the top 10. #7 at the moment.
It looks like it's gonna be just as many were predicting... Mariah Carey is back in at #1, Audioslave and System or A Down will be #2, and #3...
Positions 4-10 are still a toss up...

That's a great position if you think of the commercial garbage thatruns around that chart Coldplay is going it #1 and Oasis pisses over anything they ever have done or ever will do. Oasis has themselves to blame for never fully realizing there potential by screwing with MTV and the Corparate Bigwigs when they were the Gorilla of the music world and it is coming back at them now.
