Album sales that make up the US chart position are starting to be reported, it begins today and will continue until Wednesday when 100% of the sales are in and the chart is final.
This is VERY early but with 0.66% of the sales reported merely 1,855 albums the preliminary US chart looks like this:
#1 Oasis
#2 Audioslave
#3 Gorrilaz
#4 System of A Down
#5 Common
#6 Marhiah Carey
#7 Weezer
#8 Killers
#9 Sleater-Kinney
#10 Dave Mathews Band
Of course this is VERY VERY early, and we do have an idea of what the first days sales were and they're not included I'll keep you updated

after years of chart failure in the usa i will take a top 10 and consider it a victory  with no hype here to chart in the top 10 would be a grand acheivement |

I honestly thought DBTT would do better than HC. Was definitely hoping for Top 10 but it doesn't look that way. Fuck.
