1. (What's The Story) Morning Glory - unfairly maligned work of genius, some of the best songs ever written
2. Definitely Maybe - classic debut, also brilliant record
3. Don't Believe The Truth - excellent, uplifting change of pace for the band. The revolution starts here (again!)
4. Heathen Chemistry - underrated album - SCYHO is the type of song that collapses mountains
5. Be Here Now - the seeds of an excellent album buried under a ton of guitar sludge. People who say this is better than (WTS)MG? need ther heads examined!
6. Standing On The Shoulder Of Giants - overall weak album with a handful of great tunes weighed down by some true stinkers (Little James, PYMWYMI, ICSAL)

DBTT is gonna be mega ;D This post is spot on i have it exactly the same, and your right if any other of these so so bands(Razorlight, embrace etc...) had done any of BHN onwards they would have been heralded as great albums. Thats what becoming a phenomenom is all about your a product of your own success which breeds envy and hate, coldplay are next in line(get ready boys) cheers doggboy |

I'm so fuckin pleased to see such a variance in list orders...just goes to show that EVERY oasis album has its worth and place in history. But my list is the right one.......
1. DM
Rock n Roll debut Genuis.
2. BHN
I love the pure cocaine fuelled feel to this. Yeah there's 200 guitar overdubs on each track but it just makes it sound so sure of itself. This is the oasis album with the biggest swagger. Self indulgence is a good thing!
3. DBTT
This is just great!!!
4. MG
Never quite over the top about this album as everyone was. Quality for sure. Too Poppy(?) Hmmmm.....(awaits backlash).....
5. HC
Great stadium filler music.
6. SOTSOG
Only PYMWYMI, ICSAL and LJ let this album down. Thats why its bottom. The 3 worst songs in the oasis catalogue

it's odd how the album that noel has yet to disown(which is crazy rare) is HC and yet everyone ios putting that in the bottom two spots.

hey check that out, its in my bottom as well.... oh well, i love every oasis album and i always listen to them all, this list changes by the hour. The only reason DBTT is at my top is cuz its new and fresh. The true test of how good DBTT is is when someone asks you where you would put it in a years time.

I can't believe the bashing HC gets oh here?, its a great album, SCYHO Hindu Times, songbird, BOADC, Little By little are all classic oasis.
Earlier i voted

But in all honesty i don't like putting any oasis albums in a best to worst of list there all brilliant, although DM and WTSMG are the benchmarks(i don't care what anyone thinks, those 2 albums are the reason we all love oasis, DM was groundbreaking musically and culture wise (more so in britain) and then boom WTSMG hit and thats what turned people onto oasis worldwide so again those 2 are the quintessential oasis albums, they won't better those in my opinion.

i am so disappointed that the new album is lacking the guitar sound that is oasis. DBTT is very weak, the songs are too acoustic driven. I'll take my hindu times, LBL, born on a diff cloud and hung in a bad place over the lame electric songs like lyla and a bell will ring. I am very dissappointed in this album. So far i think eyeball tickler is the best thing they have released and it's a b-side.....
