A few that come to mind are:
"Get up off the floor and believe in life, no one's ever gonna ever ask you twice."
"Is it worth the aggravation to find yourself a job when there's nothing worth working for?"
"Bound with all the weight of all the words he tried to say."
Most of the verses of Some Might Say.

Cigarettes & Alcohol, Married With Children, D'Yer Wanna Be A Spaceman? and Round Are Way are all consistently good. The Importance Of Being Idle, Half The World Away and Bag It Up are cool too.
Some specific highlights... nothing really surprising. As Shakespeare's Sister mentioned:
"Is it worth the aggravation to find yourself a job when there's nothing worth working for? It's a crazy situation, but all I need are cigarettes and alcohol"
The chorus to Live Forever
"All your dreams are made, When your chained to the mirror and the razor blade" "Another sunny afternoon, Walking to the sound of my favourite tune"
"Well I could take a train or a boat or an aeroplane, Or I could steal a car. Cos in a car you can go far, Just depends on what kind of car you are"
“Comin' in a mess, going out in style, I ain’t good looking but I’m someone’s child.”

All of Hey Now!
Then from, Listen Up: "Day by day, there's a man in the suit, who's gonna make you pay. For the thoughts that you breed and the words they won't let you say... one fine day, gonna leave it all behind."
Part of the Queue has some good lines: "The names of thousands, and the faces, they mean nothing to me. It's all they can do to be part of the queue in this town." "Stand tall, stand proud. Every beginning has broken its promise, I'm having trouble just finding my soul in this town."
I'm Outta Time also has some nice imagery in the lyrics: "Out to sea, it's the only place, I honestly, can give myself some piece of mind. You know it's getting hard to flyyy" and then the chorus "If I'm to fall, would you be there to applaud, or would you hide behind them all? Cos if I had to go, in my heart you grow, and that's where you belong. Simple, but poignant.
Lastly, from Who Feels Love?: "I'm leaving all that I see, now all of my emotions fill the air I breathe. Now you understand, that this is not the Promised Land, they spoke of. There's nothing more to be, if you can't be the remedy, who heals love."

Not your most surprising choice if I'm honest, but I do agree with the choices

"Everything that's been has past, the answers in the looking Glass" from The Masterplan.
"There are but a thousand days, preparing for a thousand years" from Magic Pie.

And so it was for young Noel As for the Magic Pie quote, read the sixth quote in the 1996 section of this BBC listings, great line from unfortunately one of the most sociopathic leaders this state has ever produced IMO- BBC Link

A lot of the lyrics to Listen Up but this one that World71R mentioned stands out: "Day by day there's a man in a suit who's gonna make you pay for the thoughts that you think and the words they won't let you say."

They got muffins for me an' more They got muffins for you The opening lines to Liam's upcoming street advert for Greggs the Baker (featuring Cheryl Cole* miming in the background, eating outside a branch of said food chain in a Newcastle United shirt) * or whatever the f**k she's called this week

"What tongueless ghost of sin crept through my curtains? Sailing on a sea of sweat on a stormy night. I think he don't got a name, but I can't be certain. And in me he starts to confide.
That my family don't seem so familiar. And my enemies all know my name. And if you hear me tap on your window. You better get on yer knees and pray, panic is on the way."
Gas Panic! has some incredibly real lyrics that create a haunting imagery to it that is supported by the backing track, but the first verse and chorus set the tone brilliantly.
