i want webby and the mod's to join in and be honest on this one.
for me, it is the first "clash" album.
it is a raw record bursting with pure energy and classic songs recorded in a few takes, fuelled by speed and posing and drink.
what is your favourite album then?

the mars volta - de-loused in the comatorium interpol - turn off the bright lights oasis - be here now
at the moment those are my fav's nothing will ever knock mars volta off that list though, the album is inspiring

im not a big fan of naming favourite albums or songs coz its virtually impossible (having said that, there are other threads for naming your top 10 albums....)
There have been 4 albums that have spent the most time in my CD player over the last 10 years -
Stanley Road - Paul Weller WTSMG - Oasis Up - REM Dark Side of the Moon - Pink Floyd
so i guess my fave would come from those 4. And i'd probably go for Up or Dark side... as my faves.
Pink Floyd have made the most complete and balanced albums imo. Wish you Were Here, The Wall - both awesome and unrivalled
