What a great song "I'll be there / I'll wait for you I swear". Gorgeous Yeah, this is so simple but it has really been getting me when I listen to it this morning.

Anybody reckon he'll do one of the TCT gigs at the Royal Albert hall this year?
I see on their site the week it usually is is currently free and doesn't have anything listed.
Guess he'd do the Friday or Saturday night if he was gonna do it. I've pre-booked a hotel for both nights just in case anyway...

Why isn't he singing his own songs he wrote while in Oasis? He could do Songbird pretty well I think. Maybe he doesn't want to but who knows. I'm not sure if he would play Songbird live again though due to it being about Nicole. Yeah I think he's pretty much said that himself.

Wouldn't say its advertising new music personally - the song's 6 months old. More of a thing for Taylor to see his band mate and somebody who he clearly likes collaborating on a song together.

It's quite a small company. Can't imagine the staff are paid much - they might even be getting in freelancers for a few weeks to look after big Oasis reissue releases. That's the issue I guess of not being on a major - they're more reticent to put a big budget behind these things or put more resources into it. They also recorded All Around The World at Air Studios in 97. But it looks like it was a different session. I'd love to see that!

This is the nearest version I can find that sounds like it, but I don't think it's the exact one:

It’s a bob Dylan song “it’s all over now baby blue”. It’s on his 1965 album Bringing it all back home. That's the song yeah, but not the version that Liam chose in whatever interview it was (think it was Liam anyway). Thanks though.

I recall an interview that I think Liam did a few years ago where he named a few tracks he liked, and one of them was called 'It's all over now baby blue' - does anyone have this?
It sounded like Jagger was singing it but I'm pretty sure it's not.
Seen some versions online which I think are the same song, but not the same version.
Thanks all!

My friend went to Belfast last night and said Liam did FWIW - any truth in this? Seems like he definitely did World's in need and maybe Soul love too.
Very jealous if all of this is true!

In the 25+ times I've seen Oasis, Beady Eye, NGHFB and Liam solo, I'm confident I know what for me is a good gig and what was better than Knebworth: City of Manchester 2005 Heaton Park 2009 Noel Royal Albert Hall 2010 Liam Brixton 2017 Liam Paris 2017 Liam Hackney Round Chapel 2019 Liam Royal Albert Hall 2022 To name a few... The gig itself was fine. Liam was decent. Kasabian were banging. But the overall experience of the gig was tainted by the organisation of the event. It took 2.5hrs to get there from London (which I know is heavily on the train company), but surely the organisers could've put on shuttle coaches to prevent the 50 minute walk to/from the gig and then all the info I was given from official sources suggested there would be no way back to London via train after the gig, so I felt like I had to opt to leave early to get back. If this was made clear when the tickets were on sale I could've looked at the coach or camping option but they were all gone (as were any local hotels) when I was told. So I missed Fat White Family who I'd have liked to have seen, all the other support acts, plus all of Liam after Once. Team that with a shorter set and a better performance from Liam on the previous night and it all adds up. So yeah, if I do come across a little disappointed it's because I am. Have no idea what you're going on about with John Squire or the set being shorter being as you didn't see the former and shortened the set yourself by nearly a third. Checking the train times all week suggested that there were services running on both evenings. I'd just give it up and move on if I were you.

So how much did Fat White Family piss everyone off? I rate them highly, and I actually saw them a couple of weeks ago at Wide Awake festival, and I just knew from then they were not going to go down well at Knebworth, and judging from what I'm seeing on Twitter I was bang on the money. I don't even think it's that out there, I've been to two Aphex Twin gigs and Fat White Family are incredibly tame in comparison. The Twitter comments are hilarious, seems like they freaked out a lot of Liam fans. Must’ve been funny, a thousands people attending for a nice arm in arm sing along to Wonderwall having to watch the singer of FWF roll around in his stinking undies. I quite like them though, but funnily enough if you strip away the on stage antics by the singer, a lot of their music isn’t that out there at all, some is borderline pretty tame and generic, on the records at least. LOL. I've not seen much of them live but have seen some stuff today. Yeah the singer looked naked in one gig, hilarious. I'd have enjoyed seeing them I think. Whitest boy on the beach is a great tune.

A very quick search of Twitter will show that plenty of people ended up sleeping on a leisure centre floor or sheltering in McDonald's because of the train situation. The OFFICIAL information on the Knebworth House site, Ticket Master and Live Nation site stated this: 'We do not advise anyone travels by train as there are no services following the event to get you home'.So no, I don't have myself to blame. There is about 20 people in that pic out of 90k. It is your fault you sprinted to Stevange with a stitch with half the gig left. I'm assuming you're a troll so I'll leave you to it.

Team that with a shorter set and a better performance from Liam on the previous night and it all adds up. So yeah, if I do come across a little disappointed it's because I am. Just my opinion, and maybe i´m wrong, but i think the main problem is you didn´t know what kind of gig you attended. A huge gig in the middle of nowhere always is going to be "caothic". Always is going to be difficult to arrive and difficult to left the place. You had multiple options to go there: you could camp over the weekend, you could go by car, by train, by coach...and after a gig of 90k people it´s so obvious you are not going to left in 30 minutes. i went to Wembley and Slane Castle in 2009. And a totally different experience a gig in London, arriving on tube, with a gig in the middle of Ireland, booking a coach from Dublin. I think the purpose of this Knebworth gigs was to live a full experience from the begining of your journey until you arrive to your home. the trip itself should be taken as an experience, the pre gig, the post gig... It was not a gig to live as a stressful thing Yes you are wrong. I knew exactly what type of gig I was attending. I even said to my friend for the 2 Liam gigs we've seen this year, the RAH was going to be for the view and quality of the sound (best gig venue going!) and Knebworth was going to be all about the event. I have been to several festivals both in the UK and abroad and they were much easier to get to/from than Knebworth. I got a train away from Heaton Park in 2009 pretty quickly. Travel wise, unfortunately, I had limited options - not a camping person anymore and don't have any of the gear, couldn't go by car as my partner needed it, coach had sold out. Train was the only option as I live 100+ miles from Knebworth. As I said before, I've never had to consider how to get home from a gig as much as Knebworth because of the constant info I was getting from Ticketmaster saying they advised not to travel by train. It was pretty evident from the comments online that lots of other people had this headache too and for me, this had an impact on the 'event'.

Or, if it was organised better I could've stayed to the end and not even have had to consider how I was getting back like EVERY other gig I've been to and had a nicer time. I don't think anyone got stranded in Knebworth so I think you really only have yourself to blame unfortunately. #LessonsLearned A very quick search of Twitter will show that plenty of people ended up sleeping on a leisure centre floor or sheltering in McDonald's because of the train situation.
