strong chedder or mild chedder?
mild does it for me when you're eating it on its own, but if you're having a sandwhich or cheese on toast then something a bit stringer is needed.

i like mild to medium canidian cheeder. i also like smoked cheese too. and they are always on crackers!

a bit stringer miller? ?? I know wot u mean iv changed my mind about the above u can beat cheese on toast Cheese and Crumpets with seasoning etc Dave

i am the master at that!! for anyone who doesn't know, put cheese on a crumpet, put it under the grill and when its all melted put italian seasoning and cayenne pepper on. lea & perrins is also pretty good on it. bon appetite! miller
